So, I order my granddaughter a senior ring and it came in with a receipt that shows the ring $55.98 cheaper than what I paid. The ring itself is nice expect for the writing that is nothing like the online picture. It's hard to see the letting unless you take a picture or use a magnifying to see it. I did a chat with the company who is in Canada, and they said sorry, but they couldn't refund the difference but offered to make a new ring. They blamed it on the tariffs, but it shows the ring at 74.99 and shipping 19.00 so I don't mind paying the shipping if the ring is 74.99 so that was stupid. I told the CS rep that being in business means that the customer is right and I myself have had to refund if when I messed up. She said they don't. So going forward I will be looking at where the company is located.
