I gotta say, I had a pretty good experience with Larson Jewelers. I was tryna order my wedding set online, but I was havin' some trouble with it. Luckily, I got connected with Francis from customer service and he was a real lifesaver. He had all the patience in the world and walked me through the whole process step by step. I gotta give him props for that, best service I've ever had.

Anyway, my rings finally came in and I'm happy to report that we love 'em and they fit perfectly. I'm definitely gonna be comin' back to Larson Jewelers for more jewelry in the future. They got some great selections and I'm excited to see what else they got.

Got myself a Tungsten Ring from Larson Jewelers because I heard it's one of the strongest materials out there and it's supposed to keep its shine for a long time. This company is not good, don't use them. I'm telling you now! They are a scammer. I ordered a wedding ring from their website a month ago, but it turned out they didn't have the ring in stock. They had to order it from somewhere else, but they didn't say that on their website. When I spoke to the manager, he told me that they had to order it from a third party. I asked him to make sure I got the ring at least 4 days before my wedding day. But they didn't tell me anything and then they cancelled my order today. My wedding is in 2 days! I had to go to Macy's today to get a ring. I'm really angry because I asked the manager to let me know if they couldn't deliver the ring on time. He promised me he would, but he didn't. This company should be closed down. I won't recommend them to anyone or do business with them again. Don't use them!

This is my third time buying a ring from Larson Jewelers and I must say, I am quite disappointed with the quality of their products. The inlay keeps falling out and the dinosaur bone cracks and chips so easily. I work a desk job and have been bedridden for almost three months, so there is no reason why the ring should have broken this time. However, when I contacted the company, all I got were excuses. They refused to give me a refund and insisted on replacing the ring instead. They even offered me the option to choose another ring of similar cost, but then they insisted that it had to be from the same range. This range only includes dinosaur bone rings, so the most I can do is have the same ring with the same problems but a different color.

Now, I am expected to contact them every few months to organize a replacement for what is clearly a cheaply manufactured, poor quality product. The customer service is also terrible. Why should I suffer because a company provides terrible quality products and refuses to respect its customers? There should be something in place for these circumstances, regardless of the limited refund policy window. I have yet to hear anything from them in regards to this third break, and I will not be taking another ring from them. I don't want nor should I have to replace my wedding ring every few months. It's just not good enough.

Oh, and just an FYI, the metal they use is strong in terms of breaking and snapping, but it scratches incredibly easily. And scratches are not covered by the 'free repairs and replacements' clause. So, if you're looking for a quality ring that will last, I suggest you look elsewhere.

The ring looked kinda dull and not as polished as it was on the website. The edges were supposed to be shiny and smooth, but in real life they were kinda small and not that polished. Plus, there was a big groove that separated the polished edge from the middle of the ring that I didn't see online. The inside of the ring was shiny though, so that was cool. Overall, I was disappointed with my purchase.
