Amateurish and Unprofessional - Stay Away
I ordered an I Love You Charm Pendant and I was expecting it earlier in the week and when I called and asked about it I was told it should be delivered by the next day. I didn't get it the next day, so when I called to find out about it Mary said she would send another one out tomorrow and see if she could send it Fed Ex with two day delivery and she would e-mail me the tracking number the next day and if I got a second one bring it to USPS and put return to sender. I said okay. Mary also said the packages that went out that day had some kind of problem with the post office. Mary never sent a tracking number the next day. When I called about it I was told they knew I would be getting it that day so they didn't send another one out. I also asked would they send me a 10% discount for a future order because of what I experienced. Mary said she would e-mail it by the end of the day and never did. I called the next day and spoke to Greg, the owner and he said he would have Mary do it on Monday, I said could you do it because she said she would send it out again and never did, and she said she would e-mail me a discount and never did. He said no he doesn't do that and said Mary said she would do it when she got a chance and I explained no that is not what she said. I explained she said by the end of the day yesterday. He was arguiing and defending her. I said forget it I will not buy from him again. In addition to this, his website says 60 day returns and 30 day returns. I asked Mary about that and she mentioned it was 30. I explained that was very misleading. Also the height and width on the left side of the item say one thing and says something else on the right and she stated that was a mistake and she would correct it. However, there are still other items on the website with incorrect measurements. Also they do not specify on the item description the size is with the bail. One doesn't learn that unless you call like I did and ask about it but if I did it on the website and not called I would never have found that out. This is very misleading.
Avoid buying from them. Take your business somewhere else. I would never recommend them.
