I co-sign every thing in the comment about Journey's at Coastal Grand Mall, from @workifyourclocked in, after being employed for less than a week. My job was threatened my very first day because I was not early enough, even though I was not late. I do not even feel people like typing everything out, but Fairy has no business managing that store. She is always belittling employees and threatening their jobs for little to nothing. And they wonder why people leave so quick, the job is only 7.25, NO ONE is gonna stay and take that [censor] from her, especially a grown man. The longest tenured person there has only been there for like 4 months. We never even get proper training as Fairy just wants us to click through training videos that have the sound turned off on them, probably just so she can say we did it even though we REALLY did not do a damn thing. The last straw, though was when Fairy texts me on Sunday(yesterday) saying I need to come in because I "mess up vans really bad" (she texted me). After her threatening me saying I will be fired if I don't come in by 2, I reluctantly show up. Upon arrival, she isn't there but she arrived 15-20min later. After asking her what I did wrong she proceeds to tell me I skipped a whole bunch of shoes. I tell her that it could not have been me because I did not even get to the numbers (shoes go in numerical order) she is saying I skipped. She says that it does not matter who did it because the back room is my area and I had to fix it. However, it does matter if she is texting and calling MY phone saying I HAVE to come in and fix something that I messed up or I'll be fired. Keep in mind this is only my 4th with no real training yet. She tells me not to talk back to her and that that is "insubordination" and I could be fired for it, but she could not even clarify exactly what it was I did wrong. I just say "whatever" and she acts as if I cursed her out, saying this is my first, second, and third warning and that I don't talk back to her; making it seem like if she says I did something wrong, then I just have to fix what she says without questioning it, regardless of if I ACTUALLY did anything wrong. I still try to tell her that it could not have been me who "mess up", according to what she showed me, because I know for certain I had not gotten to those numbers. She asks me if I want this job and I tell her that I'll leave and she says she is gonna have me banned from her store and the mall. I say "I don't give a [censor]" and she starts yelling "security" and goes looking for them as if she really needs them. On my way out the mall, walking through food court I see her frantically looking for security with another employee and I tell the employee something is wrong with that lady and I stick my middle finger at her and it felt great.

    YOU WILL CRY OR CLOSE TO IT WORKING UNDER FAIRY AND YOU WILL CONTEMPLATE QUITTING BEFORE YOUR FIRST MONTH IS OVER AND IF NOT POWER TO YOU BECAUSE THE TIME WILL COME WHEN YOU CANT TAKE THE BULLYING AND ABUSE AND LEAVE

    I do not see how she is a manager let alone a training manager she does not train only yells when you try even though you have no clue what to do oh god dont ask a question even though it is valid it will get you yelled at or made fun of. I think that is commendable i would rather have an employee try than one who is lazy or just doesnt care to try.she is forever hiring because she gets in her head that she doesnt like someone and she is so mean to them they quit which let me tell you if fairy does not like you give up now because the staff will turn on you because they know helping or being friends with you makes them her target to. Or she just acts like she cant be bothered to work which pisses the good workers off that all the slack falls on them but she takes all the credit
