On the 24 November 2019 I went to Russells to lay-by a queen size bed and a friendly lady by the name of Matshidiso came and assisted. The bed was on sale for R2799 we went to her desk to do the application and all was good. I went back to the shop on the 14 December 2019 to finish-off the payment. In total I paid R3000 including delivery. On the 18th of December 2019 they came and delivered a double bed instead of a queen size bed, I called the shop to advise that this is not the correct bed and when I looked at the papers Matshidiso mistakenly lay-by a double bed and not a queen size bed (and this, I realised on the day of delivery) I spoke to the Manager and he said we can swap. Problem came when they wanted to charge me for a second delivery and I cancelled everything and wanted a refund and they need to collect the wrong bed. To-date NOTHING has happened, I still have the wrong bed and I'm sure they haven't started with my refund. I have Sent a complaint and nothing has happen. PLEASE HELP!
