Jiffy Lube – Oil filter was not tightened and lost oil and damaged my gmc truck motor.

On 9-27-23 I took my 2008 GMC Truck to the Loveland Colorado Jiffy Lube on West Eisenhower. I have had this Jiffy Lube change my oil for the last 4-5 years.

After the work was done i picked up my truck and continued my workday. When I got home and parked my truck I went in my house for about an hour. When I returned to my truck there was a Hugh puddle of oil under my truck. So I had no choice but go to work in another vehicle.

I then called the Loveland Jiffy Lube and was told to bring the truck in which I did. An employee checked my truck and told me the oil filter was not tightened and they put a new filter on and added oil. This employee gave me a statement on Jiffy Lube letterhead and stated the problem, what was done, and signed and dated the document.

I called and asked who owned the Jiffy Lube and was denied their name and number. They said the Assistant Manager would call me, which took 2 days. This person was rude and wanted me to bring my truck back in. Why would I let these people touch my vehicle again ?

I called their Corporate Office and was told me they would contact me. I have waited and not got a call back. So I will involve my Attorney and let him resolve it.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE LOVELAND COLORADO JIFFY LUBE ON WEST EISENHOWER, OR ANY JIFFY LUBE. THE EMPLOYEE, S ARE NOT TRAINED AND RUDE. I HAVE SINCE SPOKE WITH NUMEROUS PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD A SIMILAR PROBLEM WITH THIS JIFFY LUBE AND WAS IGNORED. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR HAD A SIMILAR PROBLEM WITH JIFFY LUBE CONTACT ME. BECAUSE OF THEIR LACK OF TRAINING AND FAILER TO ADDRESS MY PROBLEM. I HAVE A GMC TRUCK I HAVE RIGHTIOULY MAINTAINED SITTING IN MY DRIVEWAY. THE LIFTERS RATTLE AND IT HAS 1/2 THE OIL PRESURE IT DID WHEN I TOOK IT TO THESE FOOLS!
