Jiffy Lube - Unusual tool left under the hood of my car after jiffy lube changed my oil.

On March 24, 2023 @1.09pm , I had my oil changed at Jiffy lube located on 1755 New Florissant, Florissant, MO. 63033, after leaving the place I went to Shopping for groceries. The next day my daughter noticed a strange tool sticking from underneath the hood of my car on the passenger side. She shouted mommy what is it that sticking of the side of your car hood . I went outside and I saw what it was and said I had my oil changed at Jiffy lube yesterday. I took pictures of this tool sticking from underneath my hood with my hood being close down. Jiffy lube had to closed my hood down very forcefully in order to close my hood . I am very very very mad and dissatisfied disgusted with the service that Jiffy lube gave me , I have been going to Jiffy lube for years to have my oil changed . This has never happened to me before. You need to very careful who hired to work for you . Car repairs are very expensive and with me being a widow does not not make it any easier. Now I believe due to Jiffylube mistakes this has caused my car Malfunction indicator Lamp to come on . This indicator lamp monitor operation of fuel, ignition, and emissions Control systems. If this is the case, I will fill a legal case against you . You need to refund me my money for that oil change plus anything else that might incur from your mistake.

Desired outcome: I want a refund for my oil changed plus, take care all other repairs for my car that this mistake might have caused me .

Jiffy Lube - Oil change customer service

I went to get an oil change and I was told (at the bay) I had to wait for the manager to get out of a meeting, because he (the staff) was new. That was fine. So, I went to sit in the lobby where I was rudely informed that she (the manager on duty) was in a meeting and that I had to leave. First of all, when do you hold meetings in your lobby? Secondly, why wasn't the door locked? Third, why was she so ignorant and condescending? I went to valvoline two doors down. They had a line of 7 cars waiting. The line moved quickly and they provided fast and courteous service. Like many of jiffylubes customers, I will be going there from now on.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology.
