Jiffy Lube review: Cabin filter

This was my first trip to Jiffy Lube and am upset they did not ask before entering my glove box compartment to check the cabin filter. People will place items that they do not want in public view in the glove box compartment, and I feel Jiffy Lube disregarded my personal space by not asking first if I wanted the cabin filter checked. I understand that they want to upsell, but customer privacy needs to come first.
