I had several unresolved orders last year, and after a long correspondence the company eventually refunded me for the items that never arrived. Later they informed me that they were “working in a new way” and that the issues were supposedly resolved.
To test this, I placed new orders. Out of nine items, I received only one pendant and one pair of earrings — and the earrings did not match the description. The advertised materials and specifications were not reflected in the product I received.
The remaining items from my recent orders never arrived, and it appears impossible to receive anything ordered since November.
I wanted to continue purchasing from this company, including higher‑priced items, but the combination of unreliable delivery, lack of communication, and misleading product descriptions makes this very difficult.
I hope the company improves transparency, product accuracy, and customer support.
