The Jewellery Room consistently lists many jewelry items that are not actually in stock. After long communication, I realized how the company operates: they ship only the first order, and if you place additional orders, they stop responding and simply return your messages without providing any real help.Last summer I purchased multiple items; only a few were delivered, and I spent months trying to get any resolution. Eventually, I received a refund. Later the company promised improved delivery within a few weeks, but the same situation repeated again.
Now, in February, I still cannot get any information about the items I purchased in November. The company does not respond at all. Link, which claims to provide buyer protection, refuses to assist and tells me to contact the seller directly.
Another serious issue is that the company regularly overstates the quality of their products. Descriptions are often inaccurate, and the photos make the items look far more substantial than they are in reality. Many listings do not include proper measurements, so when the item arrives, it is sometimes so small that it is barely noticeable. This creates a misleading impression and does not match what is advertised.
Recommendation: My recommendation: Start only with a very small test purchase, avoid buying multiple items at once, and use payment methods that allow easy disputes. Do not rely on promised delivery timelines, and do not expect consistent communication or accurate product descriptions.

Issue: Not delivered. No tracking. No response from the merchant.
Complaint:
I placed three paid orders with JewelryRoom.com in November, each containing two gold items. None of these items were ever delivered, and I never received any tracking information or real updates. The company marked the orders as “shipped,” but no shipment ever occurred.
I previously had a bad experience with this seller during the summer, when several paid orders were also never delivered. I did not plan to buy from them again, but they emailed me claiming that their system had improved and that they now deliver within a few weeks. Based on that promise, I tried again in November — and the same problems repeated.
The company does not respond to emails, provides no tracking numbers, and continues to list items that are not actually in stock.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Natalia
