Shopped in store last evening went to deli at 6:30PM wanted the fried chicken 8 piece meal
had none, stated they were cleaning up . asked for manager, acting deli manager DAVE, came to speak with me. At best, he was rude, condescending, belligerent and unpleasant. I said you have 3.5 hours till close. He stared at me and repeated 3 times, how can I help you.
I asked him to make chicken and he agreed but was slamming things and having a tantrum.
Then went to service desk because 2 things rang up incorrectly and and a young stocky, heavy sent Asian man was incredibly rude and acted like it was a huge effort.
We were talking about one dollar for both items. He paged and then walked away. No one responded and he offered nothing
Very rude, my neighborhood store, I should have been treated better. The stories a disaster, missing stock, dirty, nasty employees
When I told the man at the service desk, I was going to start going to Marianos, he stared at me and shrugged his shoulders
Never did get my money
I said I wanted very few bags, at the checkout and the checker did not listen. When she was packing my items, I said please few bags as possible, she said you can repack it if you do not like what I did
How is that for customer service?
