After Flight for 5 booked online paid for with a credit card. Arrived at airport used Kiosk for bag checkin that was previously paid for got tag went to bag drop line and went to gate. same with the return flight most contact with a person was was the bag drop off. Get home checking credit card charges 5 (one for each person) for 25 dollars never authorized or anything we did. Tried to request a refund thru both the Jetblue for unauthorized charge and they just get to say they can charge for a service even if not used ! The credit card American Express has so far excepted that? How can something I didn't agree to or authorize not a fraudulent charge.

Recommendation: Pay with a card they cant charge again with out authorization
