Jennifer Convertibles review: Sofa and love leat

I called for repair of a Sofa back in march and it was investigated and by the techinician from Jennifer convertibles. They then said that it would be cover by the Guardsman insurance. I contacted them "Guardsman" several times and they have decide to replace the furniture once the store reopens because of the pandemic, every where is closed. I check back in June several times, in July several times and store still was not open. I check back the beginning of August 2020 and guardsmen's the insurance company told me that Jennifer Convertibles is closed down and the only thing they can offer is $200 that I pay for the insurance. If they were closing down, why wouldn't they shipped it before or asked us to pick it up. Terrible, terrible company. Sad part is they just going to reopen under a different name with the same crap..
