Jagex review: Unlocking my account

I've been trying to get my account unlocked for 5 days. I don't need any information changed and I am just getting denied a password reset request. Just wasting my time doing things except, you know, the thing I am not asking for. I have the email, the password, the two step authenticator, but can't access the email because it was a fresh email from making multiple HCIM. Microsoft locked me out of the email because I missed something case sensitive even though I know the password. They wont let me recover it because its never had an email sent to anyone on it, so I have no information in that field for them to unlock it even though I know everything else about the account. Now I've lost an ironman with 62,400 boss kc. With 2631 Corp kills with an Elysian sigil, 550 days of playtime and 959 collection log slots even though I can name my daily schedules, each kc i got every important drop, and have 6tbs of video and 30000+ screenshots and all my transaction ID's for buying years of membership at once. Terrible customer service. Ive been hacked twice in the past and the hacker from an entirely different country had an easier time accessing my account than i do from the spot Ive played the whole time for 5 years daily on the account. I made the account in April 2019, so literally 5 years daily except two days total in those 5 years. Those are just random screenshots all from the same account.
