We met representatives from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel at the ***. The gentleman who set an appointment for us was thorough and explained that they are the exclusive Jacuzzi shower company in Arizona. The showers on display looked beautiful and we had a salesman come to our house to show us options and price out a few different designs. We decided on a one that looks like stone. It was installed yesterday and what a difference over the original ugly builder shower and tub that we had. We also got sliding glass doors. Everything is beautiful. They did incredible work. We would like to acknowledge our installers who left our home very clean.

I recently had my guest bathroom's tub and shower remodeled by Jacuzzi of AZ to a full stand up shower. The installer's Jon B. and Chris arrived timely and informed me what I could expect for the day and began working immediately. They worked really hard and provided updates about the process throughout the day. They even allowed me to see the progress and asked for any feedback but were very confident in their work. They finished on time and cleaned up the mess leaving me a beautiful shower. It not only looks great but works great too! My family has taken more showers in such a short time and felt like they were in a spa. Thank you Jon B., Chris and Jacuzzi!

The installation of our shower was excellent. The crew worked very hard to remove the old unit and install the new. The quality of the work was great. They did a bath tub shower combo and a new shower in three days. This was one day faster than expected. The only thing that was not perfect was that the paint on the ceiling was damaged where the new units join the ceiling. I am underwhelmed by the showerhead and handheld themselves. I liked our old showerhead better. As far as the sales and design process goes, I would not go with Jacuzzi again. I dont like the way they hide the pricing of their options. Each upgrade is very expensive, but you dont know it when you choose it.

They gave me a quote for over $20,700. It was just a tub to shower conversion. I didn't have a glass door, but a shower curtain. No fancy accessories either. They said that I would get 50% off installation and they saw that I wasn't pleased with the high quote. So, they said they would give me a lower price, but wouldn't say unless I went with them. They thought I was a stupid old woman and I resented them trying to con me. They also wouldn't give me the paperwork for the quote and their math was off too. They said that I could pay the quote off in 5 years at $200/month. Sorry, but it will take 9 years to pay it off; do the math--***. And they wanted to know what the other quotes were and the company.

We are very pleased with our Jacuzzi remodel. We went from a 25 year old tub/shower combo to a low step-in shower. Michael, the sales/design tech was very professional and sold us on the product and helped with our design choices. Tommy and Duncan were right on time, friendly and very courteous, kept us informed before, during and after installation. They were great about protecting floors and bathroom area so there was minimal clean up needed. They completed our project in one day. Throughout our project the company was extremely good about communicating with us and were able to move up our installation to an earlier date. We are extremely pleased with our new shower and would happily recommend Jacuzzi to anyone considering a remodel project!

On June 17,2021 Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of AZ did an amazing remodel of our bathroom by removing an existing shower stall and a tub. This entire area has been transformed into one large shower. Both groups over a two day period were very professional, knowledgeable and respectful of us and our surroundings. Total clean up each day. More explanation at the work site before work started than Ive ever received nor needed to receive. They said it was important that we understood the process before they began work. Next another company will install the 7 foot glass enclosure wall and then the last company will lay ceramic floor where stall was removed. As a result Im unable to review the use of the shower for about another few weeks. Would definitely use them again

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of *** are the best, We had a 5 star experience from the time we decided to do a tub to shower remodel, Setting up the appointment was a breeze, salesman came to our house and explained the whole process, provided us with samples to best meet our needs, once we decided on the colors, doors hardware etc.. we were given a date for installation once that was done, we just sat back and relaxed. Jacuzzi kept us updated on on the progress for our installation date, Finally a few weeks ahead of schedule our 2 handymen *** gave us a call and said we are ready to go, The are the best (5 Stars for both of them), They finished the project in just 2 days, cleaning up after themselves, and kept us informed while they performed the needed steps to finish the project. The shower looks great ! If you're looking to do a remodel Please give Jacuzzi a call you won't be disappointed

Steven and his partner did a great and thorough job. We are happy with the end product. We had a lot of questions on the first bathroom, and Steven was very patient answering all the questions, but felt it slowed down his work before he started the next day on the second bathroom. This was quite unexpected for me who has been in power construction business for 43 long years. Questions and doubts from customer can never be considered as hinderance. But I am not holding this against jacuzzi. Another point that I would like to mention here as it has not been mentioned anywhere is that, there was water leak during Demo of the second bathroom and water went down the ceiling of apartment below and they complained. The water was shut off quickly. And I also understand that Jacuzzi covers any such eventualities. But wanted to mention it here as it was not mentioned in the completion report. Overall we are happy.

This would have been a 5-star review had they not completely ghosted us for 2 months. We got the call that our supplies for our two bathrooms were ready so we could install a couple weeks early if we were okay that the bathroom shower door would be installed "shortly after." We agreed and had a great experience with the installers themselves. They were super professional and quick. Since then in October, we have had to chase down vague answers about our missing glass door (while obviously having paid for the job). This was not a cheap job - we did 2 bathrooms. Meanwhile it looks like people after us have definitely had shower doors installed immediately. It feels like we were dropped like nothing after paying a large sum. It's unacceptable to have to BEG a company for updates proactively. At this point I am unconvinced we will ever get that door installed. Do not EVER agree to an incomplete install from this company. I would never refer them to anyone at this point.

We got a Jacuzzi Shower back in January and absolutely love it. The designer came out, asked us what we were looking for. Decided to get a deep soaker tub with shower doors. The walls are beautiful, they look and feel like tile but have no grout and are VERY easy to clean. We got a handheld also, because we have 2 dogs and it's easier to clean them in the bathtub! Also makes it easy to rise off. The designer was very knowledgeable, and not pushy. The entire team was helpful by calling us to schedule the install and keep us updated with the process. When the installer came out he was quick, clean, and efficient. He left the bathroom cleaner then what he found it! Overall we are very happy with Arizona Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. We will be updating the other 2 showers in our house (we have 3 total) and will definitely be going with them. We have had the shower for almost a year now, and have had no issues what so ever. It looks just as good as the day we got it installed! Thank you Jacuzzi!

I contracted for a bath tub to shower conversion. Steven and Ashley were assigned to my project. Both were on time and very professional. Steven went over my contract in detail to confirm everything was in order prior to starting the project. After a couple of corrections were made, the work began. They took extreme care in covering all of my furniture in and around the project area and placed tarps down on the floors. I can't compliment Steven and Ashley enough on how well this team performed from start to finish. I was particularly impressed on how Steven included me in the decision process on where to install the shower accessories. Communication is everything! They're a great asset to Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona and represent the company very well. This was one very memorable remodel project that I truly enjoyed thanks to the professionalism of Steven and Ashley; they were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone having a desire to remodel their bathroom. Thank you for a job well done!

It is a very nice project that would be a 5 star The problem I had was the scheduling and how long the project would take portion. We were told it would only take 1 day but ended up taking two. We were told the project would be done between May 14th and May 31st and we received regular phone calls 2 or 3 a week stating it would be done by May 31st. But 2 days before we received a call saying that it would not be done by that date and new dates pushed it out until 6/9 as the earliest. There was a lot of frustration with the sales team and the customer service team. *** told us it would be done in 1 day even after we discussed what was involved. Customer service or scheduling team had to know that the project would not be done by the projected date well before the 2 day notice. There should be some backup plan if there is scheduling problems more help and alternate team in case of call outs or injuries. I was to the point were I wasnt sure I wanted to do the project. I am glad I did its a good product. But more should be put in the planning portion of the sales and scheduling.

After all the wonderful reviews, and their great reputation, I would not recommend them to remodel a bathroom based upon my experience. 1) When the contractor arrived, he was not masked, nor were any of his workmen. We are in the middle of a pandemic! I expect any service professional who even think about entering the house to wear a mask. At a minimum, ask the home owner if you do not need to wear a mask. I felt so uncomfortable in my own home. 2) When our shower was installed, the bathroom installers broke our tile. We use the bathroom everyday, and I have photos of the bathroom from right before they came, and no tile was broken. If the tile broke during the install process, they should have told us! We have extra tile, and they could have put in the tile when they were putting in the shower 3) Right after they installed the shower, a medicine cabinet that was screwed into the dry wall, and had been there for years, literally came crashing down on my head. The cabinet fell and shattered everything that was in it, broke the cabinet as well as the tile below. Coincidence? Perhaps, but most likely due to the work that had just been done to the bathroom. The salesman who we spoke with was also quite pushy, and we felt like we had to make a decision right when he was in our house. We are not the kind of people that like that sales tactic, and we do not just make large financial decisions without thinking things through, so we found out later that we could have gotten better quality for a lower price only after we agreed to go with Jacuzzi.

We contracted with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of *** in late October to replace two bathtubs and surrounds including sliding doors for a total of $21,600. They called in mid November and said "all of the equipment was in" and a modified installation date was set. On the first day of the installation, the workmen arrived and admitted that all of the equipment was not in -- they were missing the sliding doors. I asked why the company scheduler had incorrectly told me all of the equipment was in, and I just got a shoulder shrug. When they left on day 1 they left behind a "shower curtain" for us to install on the first bathtub; on day 2 they had no shower curtain for the second bathroom so we purchased one for use until the sliding doors arrived. Immediately we were charged $10,800 on the "no interest" loan which was fine since the missing sliding doors were not more than the remaining balance. Today, 1/4/22, the sliding doors still have not arrived, they don't know when they will be in and we were charged the full remaining balance of $10,800. I asked that the balance be reversed until the doors arrived and were installed, or in the alternative, that they install better doors that were in stock. I was denied on both counts. Their representative claimed there was nothing they could do about the charge (despite the fact they had been holding back on making it for over a month now) which is wholly inaccurate. I was willing to overlook the gouged walls that workmen left behind just to get this installation behind us, but now we have to deal with being fully charged for work which is not completed.
