ABSOLUTELY the very best decision I have ever made regarding pool chlorination! I previouly had a chlorinator from Hayward, and I had nothing but problems with it for the past 3-4 years. After reading about Circupool, I decided to try it. So far, its been awesome, but even MORE important has been the customer service I received from Sonny at Circupool. He was helpful, kind, knowledgable, and really seemed to know what he was talking about. I am very happy with my purchase, and would HIGHLY recommend this product to others!

The service was excellent. We purchased the rj-45 for a 20,000 gallon pool. It was delivered in four days. I installed it myself in about an hour. Opened up the pool this past weekend. I got all the chemistry right, added 12-40lb. bags of Morton pool salt (it dissolved almost immediately). Checked the poos water temp (72f), and turned the system on, and set the chlorine output to 75%. Came home next day, salinity level at 3600, and free chlorine at 3.0. What an excellent experience. The techs at discount salt pools were so helpful. Highly recommend!

Very good service from DSP. Shipping was very fast, very well packaged. I had it shipped to my house in Ohio, but it is being installed on my pool at my home in Florida. So it has not been installed yet. I am going down there in a couple of weeks to install it. I expect no problems with the unit. And if I do had a problem, I'm sure DSP will be able to guide me through it. They are a great company to work with. I know it's an added expense, but they need to publish a catalog of all that they carry. It would be easier than trying to find stuff on the internet. (Just my opinion)

The salt cells ordered and sent are a direct replacement for my Haywards T-15 cells. I checked the length and threads to verify it. I have not installed these cells yet as the are being stocked for when my cells give out. With all the supply chain issues circulating I did not want my cells to fail and then not have chlorine in my pool because I could not find replacements. My pool is 50,000 gallons so I have 2 system mounted in the plumbing. The shipping was the same day, but be warned, my shipment came with a signature required and was delivered to a near by store where I had to pick it up.

The product that I received was very disappointing. unfortunately it was a product that had already been sold to a previous customer from Amazon website. there were no parts available also inside the box was the previous buyers receipt from Amazon with all their personal information on it. there was also no instruction manual or warranty information . I was disappointed to know this was a used product that had been returned. I hired a pool professional to put this in and he charged me $300 for installation as there were no parts and no instruction manual. I hope the product will work. this is very unfortunate and I am very disappointed with this website.

Although there are a couple of pool supply companies in town that I have,dealt with, over the past ten years. I decided it was time to see what else was available. I talked with Discount Salt Pool technical advisors and decided to replace my third Pentair IC40 with a Circupool Edge Salt Generator system. The unit was easy enough to replace (using a pre-cut adapter kit) and it worked the first time I turned it on. So far, so good. It's only been about a week, but I'm very satisfied with it's performance. Even if I do have repair issues, in the future, the Circupool warranty (compared to Pentair) should make a difference in total use cost. I probably should have talked with them years ago...Oh well, better late then never!

I switched from a Pentair Salt system to a CircuPool Salt system. It was easy to make the decision based on the information from the site and reviews. During the order their rep, Nathan, reached out to let me know that there was an adapter so I wouldn't have to redo the piping. Normally this would sound like a sales tactic but he genuinely wanted to make sure I saved myself a few hours with the conversion. He also went ahead and comped the additional price of the adapter for the install kit I'd purchased. I'd say that's a good way to perform customer service and is much different than some of those big box stores I've dealt with. I'm sure I'll be using them for all my future pool needs based on Nathan's help. Thanks Nathan and Discount Salt Pool, go ahead and give him a raise.

I found this business while surfing the web, trying to educate myself on salt systems to convert my large pool. I sent them a short inquiry and was contacted by Dan shortly thereafter. Not only did I get a great and thorough education about salt systems and how to convert my pool, but I got pricing that I could not beat after searching the web for hours. Excellent and friendly customer service is getting harder and harder to find these days. Meeting Dan was a welcome and refreshing experience. The system and additional equipment I purchased should arrive in a few days (very fast in getting the order processed and shipped out, by the way!). I doubt the installation will be very difficult, but Dan assured me he and the staff at DSP will be there for me if I have questions. I rarely write reviews, almost never, in fact. First: Discount Salt Pool (DSP) markets excellent products. More importantly: A company should be mostly judged by aftermarket care and services. Exceptional companies, such was Discount Salt Pool need to be publicly commended. People are always willing to complain and many companies find "creative" ways to void warranties. DSP showed genuine interest in my technical installation problem and one that most certainly could have resulted in voiding a warranty. DSP afforded me immediate audience by a technician and the manager. They went the extra mile to ensure that I was covered, with no attempt to make an additional sale or charge. I felt more like a VIP, than a first time customer! I am also thrilled with my Core55 salt pool chlorine generation system! A million kudos to you: DSP. I am definitely a fan and will be happy to refer potential customers, knowing how much you will value and take care of them!

It's a little early to review our new Generator we just received for our pool. We were replacing a Generator that we had had for 10+ years. This one is by the same company and appears to be a lot easier to understand. We had no problems installing the new unit and within just a few hours, the chlorine level in our pool was back up to normal. The unit was easy to install and we are finding it is very easy to operate and understand. Looking forward to many years of good service from this nifty little unit. It checks all the boxes for us and, with the understanding that it is early days, we are very happy with our new unit. A word about customer service we receive at Discount Salt Pool. These folks go way beyond just the norm for connecting with and helping their customers. We have been totally happy with every instance we have been working with them. Hi This is Bobby Smith in Birmingham Alabama. I have a pool which is 25 years old and I had a problem with the salt cell. Discount Salt Pool sold me a new salt cell replacement element. When it was installed It had leaks around the head of the salt cell. Without any argument they sent me a second salt cell which also had leaks around the head. We were trying to figure out the cause of the problem and we were scratching our heads. Finally John Smith asked how old was the pool and when I said 25 years old he decided it might be the salt cell housing that was the problem. Once again without any argument they send me a new case. That solved the problem. All in all it took three weeks (with shipping) to solve my problem but Discount Salt Pool never backed down and stuck with me all along the way to get the job done. After we were up and running Discount Salt Pool got with me on the cost and were extremely reasonable in settling the bill. I will always call Discount Salt Pool if I need anything for my pool. While I didn't make a purchase from Discount Salt Pool, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism in contacting me to report an attempted fraud using my identification and my stolen credit card number. A representative of Discount Salt Pool took the time to followup on the suspected criminal activity by personally reaching out to me by telephone to make sure I was aware of the attempted fraud. Fortunately, my credit card account had been closed earlier that same day as a result of a separate attempted fraudulent purchase. I was extremely impressed with the extra effort provided by this company to protect me, a person that had never done business with them in the past, to make sure I was aware of what had occurred regarding the attempted fraud so that I could take the necessary steps to protect myself. This type of professional conduct reflects very highly upon this company and should be reassuring to any future customer that the company is professional and that they take their privacy and security very seriously.

An outstanding company ! My situation: Like many, I was effected by the unusual freezing temperatures in Texas and the South in Feb 2021. As a result, I needed to replace my salt chlorine generator. My generator was a Pentair Intellichlor model. However, these were nowhere to be found! I'm sure the phenomenon the history books will call COVID-19 was mostly to blame. So, I'm looking for anywhere I can find a replacement. I find a "generic" model at Discount Salt Pool. I'm concerned the "generic" replacement will be somehow inferior and I'll regret the purchase. I call the number expecting to get a machine. I speak to a human within 10 seconds. I have an intelligent conversation about this "generic" replacement. This guy knows his stuff ! OK, I order. The "generic" replacement is honestly probably superior to the OEM, and it was cheaper. You NEVER see that anymore. An aftermarket replacement that is cheaper AND better. Well, this model is. I call on a Sunday a month later, and again, speak to a HUMAN within 10 seconds. Another intelligent conversation. Guess where I'll order all pool stuff in the future?

At first, I was frustrated I couldn't get a live person on the phone to answer my questions about a product I was about to shell out $475 on. But, the person on live chat answered all my questions. The return policy of refund only if package was unopened really turned me off because how would I know if the item truly fit or if it was defective without opening it. But, the person on live chat assured me it would fit and that they would work with me if it didn't. I had to take my chances and proceeded with my order. I got no email confirmation with my order number or tracking email. 5 days later, I followed up again on live chat to get my order number, tracking info, has it been shipped. Since it was the weekend, I was told someone would get back to me in 24-36 hrs. I never heard from anyone. Coincidentally, the item arrived later that day, it fit perfectly and works as it should. The item was was securely packed, but there was no packing slip or receipt in the box. Overall, I was very pleased it arrived quickly, that it fit as promised, and wasn't defective. A few tweaks on their customer service, and I would have given the experience a solid 5. I would buy from this company again.

I have only had the Core 35 salt generator installed for a week and so far it is working great. My 2 star rating has to do with a call I made to Discount Salt Pools customer service technical support just after installation. After reading the Core 35 manual it states all pool chemicals must be in balance before powering up the generator. So after a trip to the local pool store with my pool water I need to adjust my alkalinity and stabilizer. The alkalinity product was added to the pool surface. The problem was adding the stabilizer. The instructions on the stabilizer said to mix it into a warm bucket of water and add it to the skimmer. The Core 35 Manual states DO NOT add any chemical to the skimmer because of possible damage to the salt cell. So my question to Discount Salt Pool tech. help was how do I then add the stabilizer? The tech had NO solution for me. He didn't have an answer. I then said to the tech. that I had just spent over $1000 for this salt generator and you can't advise me on how to add chemical to my pool where there is a conflict between your salt generator instruction manual and the instructions on the stabilizer package on adding chemical. He then told me again I am sorry I have no answer. I told him that is ridiculous it can't be the 1st time this question was ever asked and again no answer!

I was told by (the brown truck company) to expect delivery on the Friday before Memorial Day between 12:00 and 2:00pm. We had been home all day because I wanted to make sure I got the delivery because we were having family over on Monday for a holiday pool party and cookout and I needed the chlorine generator installed before we could do that. I had been checking the tracking updates because I wanted to be sure of the times and to my surprise there was an update from (the brown truck company) that they were sorry that they missed us and that my package was going to be sent to some express pick-up point. In reality there was no attempt to deliver the package because we were home and I had been working in the yard. There were no images of any (brown truck company) trucks on my video cameras. This was all a blatant lie. I contacted Discount Salt pool via their chat and was informed by them that a team would follow-up. Never heard from them again. I tried calling Discount Salt Pool and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone The next day I received an update on my tracking that my package would be delivered on Tuesday after Memorial Day at a store at a local strip mall. Because I had readied my pool system for the package to arrive that Friday to install, I had to cancel our family get together On Tuesday, the brown truck company showed up at my door with the package on Tuesday at 12:45pm
