Jack's Family - Missing items from my online order

I ordered the 15 chicken fingers box with 2 large sides 5 ranch cups and 5 biscuits.

I didn’t get any biscuits. I didn’t open this till I got home and realized the missing biscuits. I live too far out and takes too much gas to just go back to jacks.

Ordered online picked up at jacks Tuscumbia Alabama

Claimed loss: 5 biscuits and no gas to go back to get it

Desired outcome: I mean it’s missing food for all my family and the gas and time.
