ITV review: Catch up on various programmes

wHichever programme I want to use the facility Catch up. there is constand breaks wirh rhe infuriating Message There seems to be a problem, if this continues contact ITVX. fIRST OF ALL iM AS A VIEWER FULLY aware there id a fault, these continue throughout programme . caming to a halt so many times a 30minute programme can run into 45 or more minutes, really So annoying! Ive already spoken to a member of their staff, as well as Virgin, both came up with suggestions, Problem goes on n on. I had quite few problems before which Virgin were always able to sort out, but this sincw ITVX joined is just on going . Please , take responsibility for these happenings and sort this out for me. Thank you
