After wearing the ballerinas twice they have fallen apart! What kind of quality is that supposed to be?! That is ridiculous I've never worn. Shoe twice and it has fallen apart before! I happily provide you with photos showing that the shoes are brand new I tried contacting the FB Page they have they saw the message never replied! There is no phone number or email address for customer service! Never going to buy from that company ever again!
Stressful experience.
When my order finally arrived and I opened the package I noticed that two items were missing. I immediately contacted Iron Fist Clothing via email, but did not receive a response. Tried to call but no one picked up and it took me about a week until I finally reached someone from customer service. They said that they had no idea how that happened and promised to send out the missing items. They said that it will take about two weeks. Two weeks later nothing arrived and I was not able to contact them again. Very stressful experience.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
Do not purchase from ironfistclothing.com, it is a fraud! I was scammed about $50.00 off of 2 clothing purchases and fortunately paid through PayPal and am currently waiting for a refund. Was even low enough to send 2 false packages to sign for to buy more time and get out of a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, and tell your friends not to buy either!
