I'm so disappointed with IPTV Solution. I bought a 1-year subscription and at first, everything seemed to be working just fine. But after a few days, I started experiencing problems with their services. My channels would go down for up to 4-6 days at a time, which was frustrating. But I thought maybe those were just minor hiccups that can happen to any IPTV service provider.

However, things just went from bad to worse. For weeks now, their service has been down and to make matters worse, they're not even responding to my emails. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. I still have 6 months left on my subscription and I'm not sure what to do. I feel like I've been scammed and just thrown in the gutter.

Please, don't waste your money on these people because they don't care about their customers. I've finally switched to IPTV Pasa, and I must say that their services are way better than what I had with IPTV Solution. No more downtime and the customer support has been amazing so far. Don't make the same mistake I did and give your money to IPTV Solution. Go elsewhere and find better service providers who value their customers more.

Everything went great, I was really enjoying the variety of channels and the clear picture quality. So of course, I decided to renew for 6 months and even got a discounted price of $125 by paying with interac.

But then, disaster struck. After the payment went through, the system stopped working. No matter what I did, I couldn't access any of the channels. I was so frustrated, especially since I had already paid for 6 months.

At this point, I was so fed up that I decided to file a complaint with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). I mean, I had paid good money for a service that wasn't working and the company was completely unresponsive.

Overall, my experience with IPTV Solution was a huge letdown. I was really excited to try out their service, but it ended up being a total waste of money. I don't recommend this service to anyone and I hope that others don't fall for their false advertising and empty promises.

I went ahead and ordered their OK2 service, and I have to say, I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! :) I'm so looking forward to the football season kicking off this fall!

I decided to try IPTV Solution, and I must say, I was disappointed with their service. Firstly, it's cheap, which is promising, but the quality of the image was poor. It freezes a lot, creating an annoying viewing experience. Also, the sound quality wasn't good, causing me to miss out on important dialogue.

They don't have a reliable TV schedule. It's hardly ever there, making it difficult to plan your viewing. And often, the screen becomes completely black, making it challenging to follow any programs.

When I tried to schedule a recording, I had a hard time doing so. It was an impossible task, and I couldn't even get it done.

When I contacted their customer service team over email, they answered me with the message, "you have no account here!" This shows that they lack organization. I call them thieves for charging money for a service that doesn't work correctly.

I believe that it's better to pay a little more and go with a legal and known company. Unfortunately, IPTV Solution isn't worth the risk.

Been subscribing to IPTV Solution for about 4 months now. Recently subscribed for another month on Nov. 13'20 and was pleasantly surprised to be offered a promo where I could pay a little extra and get 4 months instead. That sounded like a great deal to me so I went for it! The staff even got back to me to let me know my account would be updated and that my subscription would be extended until Mar. 12 in early Feb - which was really nice of them.

However, I was slightly disappointed when I was advised that my account would expire today, despite the confirmation emails and information that I had provided to them. I tried to get in touch with them and found that nobody was home at the company - but maybe that's just because it's the weekend. I'll still be looking elsewhere just to make sure that's not an ongoing issue.

Overall though, the service has been pretty satisfactory. Of course, there are always a few issues here and there. For example, the screen can sometimes freeze and there is often no schedule information which can be a bit of a hassle. Additionally, channel numbers tend to change frequently which can be a bit of an annoyance. That being said, the service has generally been pretty good and I appreciate the effort that the staff puts in.

So, I had an experience with IPTVsolution.ca that left me shaking in my boots. I messaged them on their chat about my T95Z Android box that I got from them in June of this year. The box apparently stopped working only after three months and I wanted to avail the warranty. However, the representatives on the chat, Eric and Frank, told me that they couldn't honor the warranty because I wasn't using their IPTV service anymore. This is when things took a turn for the worst.

I reminded them that the warranty was for the box itself, not conditional on using their service. Despite this, they refused to honor it. I then told them that I would take my recourse to Small Claims Court and that's when they started threatening me. They addressed me by my name, which they got from my email address when I had signed up for their service. They told me that they were in Medellin, Colombia and asked me what I hoped to accomplish.

The threats kept coming. They told me that they knew who I was and where I lived. They even made sexual references about my wife and how they could take care of her if I didn't know how to. That was the last straw for me. I tried to document the complete conversation by emailing it to myself, but they saw what I was doing and terminated the chat immediately, preventing me from doing so.

I am willing to testify in front of the court about what happened. I just can't let this go. Furthermore, I would do everything in my power to have their website deleted from the CIRA registry. It is completely unacceptable and downright scary how some companies can behave towards their customers.

I don't recommend IPTV Solution to anyone. Don't trust this website and definitely don't give them your credit card information. The service, product, and support are all terrible. It's not worth the hassle and frustration. Find a better option elsewhere.
