We ordered EPOS system from www.eposdirect.co.uk few months and the training was worthless, could not understand anything we have been complaining for months now, nothing.
Spoken with the reps via phone and the staff didn't sound helpful at all. We asked them what measures to take and what to do, because the system didn't function properly, but the staff didn't tell anything precisely and even now I want my money back and they are not complying. It was waste of our time and we didn't want to solve these problems on our own.

We recently ordered EPOS system from www.eposdirect.co.uk and some of the problems occurred after we used it. We have spoken with the reps via phone and the staff didn’t sound helpful at all. We asked them what measures to take and what to do, because the system didn’t function properly, but the staff didn’t tell anything precisely and after 2 days we requested the refund. It was waste of our time and we didn’t want to solve these problems on our own.
I don't think that customer support could be so rude.
I wanted to make order from eposdirect.co.uk online and couldn’t make a choice. So, I asked customer support for consultation and got rude answer that I can find everything on their website. Well, I thought that maybe I was so stupid, but I searched once again and found nothing. Well, I don’t think that customer support could be so rude. This company should hire people more carfully or they will claim for a bankruptcy soon.

Totally useless company, Software is not at all friendly and no help from Epos to change or update it and no refunds.
