IHOP review: Disappointed

Mr.Teo,was our server.
His combated nature is a turn off.
I went to order and he said wait I'm trying to put her order in the system, so we did.
Started my order and his frustration caused him to stop me again.Then he just started being irritate never getting anything out.When he finished his rant I asked for another server.His stone and disrespect is apparent with black customer but with Latin customer he's very nice.
