Interior Define in Chicago IL. I ordered a sofa about 6 months ago.

I expected it to take 4 to 5 weeks as it is custom.

They sent an email apologizing for delays due to shipping and continue to blame covid.

The biggest issue is they have no answers and I need my sofa.

Now they are not answering emails or returning phone calls and that says to me that I may be being scammed.

I want my sofa. If they cannot get it or give me an absolute on the time then I want my money back so I can buy one some place else.

Desired outcome: sofa delivered or money back
