I've worked with the company a number of times in two different apartments and found it's owner and crew to be very helpful. Whether it was to install radiator covers in my former apartment, or window blinds and shower doors in my current one, the Superior staff did an excellent job making my different apartments more attractive and comfortable. I can personally recommend them to others.

In September , I paid this company in full to install a fancy balcony screen enclosure. But guess what? Less than 3 months later, a part of it blew out. So, I called up the owner, Doug, on 12/7 and he told me to wait until after the holidays. I called him multiple times, but he just kept giving me the runaround. Then, the whole Covid 19 thing happened and businesses shut down for months. When Long Island finally reopened in May, I reached out again, only to be told that the business hadn't reopened yet. They told me to call back in July, so I did. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday, July 12, and I stayed home all day, but they never showed up. I called them on Monday, July 14, but they didn't answer the phone. All I got was a voicemail recording. So, on Tuesday, I asked my sister to call them from her phone, and guess what? They picked up! I confronted the owner and told him how wrong it was that they took my $1400 and did shoddy work. As a customer, I shouldn't have to deal with this nonsense. But you know what he said? He had the audacity to call me a liar and hung up on me! Can you believe it? So, I had enough and reached out to my councilwoman's office to file a complaint. I even had to hire another company to fix their crappy work that they refused to repair. Let me tell you, this business owner is a real piece of work. He's hostile and totally unprofessional. I'm going to get my receipts and fight to get my money back for the repairs I had to pay for and all the trouble they caused me.
