Intelcom Express review: Incompetent

They've had my package for 17 days now. Even after 7 calls and 83 minutes on the phone and several missed delivery dates, it's still not been delivered. Today, they now say it'll be delivered tomorrow. When i told them I would just like to pick it up from their local warehouse, they said that was not possible. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that was not possible and it wouldn't do any good so I asked her to have a supervisor call me. She said it would take 24 to 48 hours for a reply. Totally incompetent. No one actually takes any responsibility for finding a solution, and it's impossible to escalate a complaint.
