Placed Amazon order on November 25, 2025, with a delivery date of 12/12/2025. 12/11/2025 4:54am tracking updated to with Dragonfly. Updated again on 12/11/2025 4:54am - package on the move, will be delivered soon. No update until today - package cannot be delivered. Multiple calls for 2 weeks but no info ever provided aside from being told they were contacting the warehouse and would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. No one has ever returned a call. Called today after seeing the updated to cannot be delivered. I was hung up on 4 separate times as the person was checking the matter. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told the merchant is not legit, there was a never a package with them and if there was a package Straightship would be the courier. I was given a number to call for Straightship but the number I was given was the number for Intelcom.
