Intelcom Express review: Delivery

I placed 3 orders on amazon that said will be delivered. Over the past 3 days my packages have said out for delivery then to not worry my package is being prepared. Back to out for delivery with a driver then later back to do not worry your package is being prepared for delivery. This is absolutely ridiculous. It has also said multiple times they attempted delivery which is bullcrap. We have been home the last 3 days and no vehicle has tried to come into our yard. If they came all this way 6 times like they said then why didnt they call while sitting at the end of my drivewY. They did not try to deliver and I contacted the general line to try and find out where my packages are to pick up myself to make sure I had my christmas gifts and no one could give me an answer so here I am on Christmas Eve scrambling because your delivery service is so unorganized and misleading. There should be more communication. The Amazon van calls if they have a question. Ridiculous. I gave you guys a terrible review.
