Ordered a TV from Amazon.ca. Sometimes Amazon ships in original packaging, and I forgot about that...but because of that, I believe Intelcom saw that it was a TV and kept it for themselves.
Intelcom has had my TV since April 8, in my town apparently, according to the tracking information.
I have made multiple calls to Intelcom since April 15, to try and get an update on when it would be delivered with absolutely no assistance on their end.
Was told to call back in 48 hrs each time. I have been waiting 16 days. There are no weather events which would cause a delay and when I ask why it's delayed, they have no answer.
The package (if tracking is correct) is literally in their warehouse 5 minutes from my house. On one of the calls, I asked Intelcom if I can pick it up myself from their warehouse. I was told no.
I have asked if they could escalate my claim, and they said they have already done all they could. (What have they done?)
I asked if I could speak with a manager about this issue, and was told they would take my number down and have a manager call me. I have zero faith anyone will call me. This is ridiculous.
I can get a refund from Amazon, as they have adequate customer service...but these shipping companies just get away with theft? How are they held accountable?
Recommendation: Don't use Intelcom

I have called 3-4 times in last 16 days, each time was told to wait 24-28 hrs and check back.
I have requested to pick the package up myself from the warehouse, as tracking info showed that it was in my town. I was told no.
I tried emailing about this. No response.
I have asked for my case to be escalated, and was told that they have done everything they can. (What have they done?)
I asked to speak to a manager, and was told one would call me back. I highly doubt I will get a call back.
A TV is a desirable big-ticket item, and it appears that Intelcom just kept it. There are no reasons for delay, no "unable to deliver" messages. You just got it and kept it. Unbelievable.
