I am surprised that Amazon continues to use this service, as it is the same issue every time. My Amazon clearly states that the delivery is coming to an office that closes at 4:00 PM and is closed on weekends. I am in the process of trying to get a delivery at the moment and it is now three days late and each day I get an email from the courier asking if there are "any special instructions," to which I answer "Please deliver before 4:00 PM" and the past two days the attempt notifications are well past that time. And so now I am being accused of adding a wrong address, even though we receive hundreds of packages at this address. I doubt I will be ordering anything again as it is too frustrating.
