Intelcom Express – Horrible service

My packages always get left at the wrong house and now today this is twice I have stayed home to get a return pick up and twice they said they came and no one answered the door. First time they left a notice but didn’t knock because I was inside and this time I was outside waiting and no one came. Called to make a complaint and the woman on the phone was extremely short and rude. If I had a choice of a different service I would never use them again.
