Intelcom Express review: False “delivery attempt”

False “delivery attempt” — no attempt was actually made. I was home the entire day. Intelcom marked my Amazon package as “delivery attempt failed by driver,” yet no one rang my buzzer (the code is linked to my cell phone and on file), no one called me, and nothing was left in the building’s secured parcel locker — which this same carrier used without issue on my last delivery. So they’re clearly capable of doing it right; they just didn’t. A failed-attempt status that never happened wastes the customer’s day and delays the package.
