Ingles Markets review: Buying Soda

Laurel Park Ingles Hendersonville NC. Trying to buy soda at the sale price marked. Three 2 liters for 3.98. We got 6. That's 3.98 x 2 + tax. Just about anyone could tell that would not add up to 13 dollars and some change. The manager Shawn Milstead walked over with an attitude. When he said the discount was there. It was like he couldn't do simple math or take the time to attempt some customer service skills to check and correct the issue. At this point my Son used a curse word when describing the price was inncorrect and simple to see, Shawn asked him to leave the store. We both left the store but I came back in to get his name. He stopped me at the door with one of his employees asking them to wait with him for a min because he was having trouble with me. Which he wasn't. He just didn't want to do his job. I retrieved his name as he showed me his name badge. Then I left the store. This was a ridiculous experience that should have never happened. Very very poor management on Shawns part! He should not manage any store in the future.
