My car ran hot and broke down on the exit of Old 41 in Marietta, GA. I checked on it the next day and tried to drive it and notice the tag was missing. The next day the whole car was missing. I filed a legitimate police report and claim. Being black Infinity and Kemper hired a Detective who unlawfully, racially profiled and wrongly accused me and my son. I paid for full coverage and rental and Infinity/Kemper cancelled and stop paying my rental coverage and my bank card on file was charged and severely overdrafted my account. Infinity Insurance/Kemper did not have a legitimate reason to deny coverage other than racial discrimination and racial profiling. My Civil Rights were violated and a discrimination complaint is what I also want to file based on negligence. I am black and tired of being treated this way!
