ITEMS were delivered on September 15, 2017. Items were wrapped with plastic and cartons, the delivery personnel placed the items immediately inside the enclosed, dry and roof-covered dining area.
September 28, 2017, we unwrapped and carefully arranged all the tables and chairs. While arranging the tables, we saw 3 white mobile tables were wobbly, and uneven. Upon discovering the problem, Irish, one of the managers, immediately called your office to inform the concern. Gratefully, INFINITE staff named Ricky Giray and another staff named Elias went to the store to check.
After checking, we were told that the 2 units were fine and the cause of the problem was the uneven floor.
As confirmed by INFINITE staff, one white table is defective. Irish asked for the solution; the staff replied that it is subject for replacement
however; they need to coordinate this concern to INFINITE office, and they will call back us for the update.
We waited for the update but unfortunately we haven't received any feedback.
A week after the store opening, our Area Manager and Group Manager saw the yellow mobile table was also wobbly and a certain part of the long table was partly hauled up. October 10, 2017, condition of the tables became very noticeable so we immediately called INFINITE to inform our concern. It took us a while before someone answered the phone and Irish was transferred to Ms.Dean. Irish talked to Ms.Dean and she told her that she will send a representative to check; But for the meantime, IRISH was asked by Ms.Dean to send photos of the tables via email which she immediately did. Few days after, representatives from INFINITE came to fix the long table but they didn't attend our previous and other concerns which are the white mobile tables and the long table.
