Hello-Furniture Disappointing

I ordered a Century Chair in White and it arrived damaged. I don't even want to know whose fault it was, but obviously not mine. All I wanted from them is to get my money back or to replace. Both options were fine for me. I let them know in a very polite and friendly manner, but they stopped talking to me all of a sudden. Don't know what to do and how to get in touch with them again.
I am very disappointed. I am now out of $350 :(

This is a fake and false review. We have never sold a “Century Chair.”
