We Wood Disappointing Experience with We Wood: Overcharged and Ignored by Customer Service

So, I recently bought something from We Wood and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with the experience. First off, they charged me more than what was shown in the cart. Like, what's up with that? And to make matters worse, they won't even respond to my emails or phone calls. I mean, come on, at least try to work with me here.

I even asked them to cancel the order if they couldn't give me the price that was advertised, but they went ahead and shipped it anyway. And to top it all off, they took my money without any explanation or apology.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with We Wood. I was really excited to try out their products, but this whole ordeal has left a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, especially if you're looking for good customer service.

We Wood Disappointing Experience with We Wood: No Response and No Order Received

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with We Wood. I was really excited to order from them, but it turns out they haven't been doing much business lately. Their website seems to be working fine, but when I placed my order, I never received it. And when I tried to contact them about it, I got no response. Like, zero. It's really frustrating to be out of all that money and not have anyone to talk to about it. I even tried filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company, but still no luck. So yeah, I would definitely be careful if you're thinking about ordering from We Wood. It's just not worth the risk.

We Wood Disappointed with We Wood Watch Quality and Customer Service

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with We Wood. I got a watch as a gift, but it was the wrong size so I didn't even get to wear it. And then, to make matters worse, the hands of the watch fell off while it was just sitting in its box! I mean, come on, how does that even happen?

I will say that We Wood's customer service seems pretty decent. They offered to fix the watch for me, but I have to pay for shipping. I guess that's better than nothing, but honestly, I'd rather just get a new watch without having to jump through all these hoops.

Overall, I'm just really disappointed with the quality of the watch and the hassle I have to go through to get it fixed. I wouldn't recommend We Wood to anyone looking for a reliable watch.

We Wood Terrible Customer Service: We Wood Lost My Watch and Won't Help

I've been waiting for what seems like forever for We Wood to "find" the watch I sent back to them. It's been weeks and I'm still getting the runaround every time I try to communicate with them. They didn't even include any instructions on how to return the product in the box, which seems pretty shady to me. They want you to send it back like you would with any other company, but then they hit you with the news that you need a special return number or they won't accept it. It's like they're trying to trap you in a never-ending cycle of frustration. I'm stuck in limbo now, unable to get my package back but also unable to get them to accept it. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company at all.

We Wood We-Wood Watch Review: Cool Concept, Terrible Quality and Customer Service

I was super stoked when I got my We-Wood watch as a Christmas gift. I mean, who wouldn't be? These watches are made from wood, which is super cool and eco-friendly. But my excitement was short-lived when the pin that connects the face to the band fell out after just one day of wear. I was bummed, but I figured it was just a fluke and sent it back to We-Wood for repair.

That's when things started to go downhill. We-Wood lost my watch and it took them over 6 months to send me a replacement. When I finally got the replacement, I was stoked to wear it again. But, you guessed it, the same thing happened again - the pin fell out after just one day of wear. I was beyond frustrated at this point and decided to call for a refund.

But, to my surprise, I was told that I wasn't eligible for a refund because of the amount of time that had passed since the original purchase. I mean, come on! They lost my watch and then sent me a defective replacement. I've now spent almost $50 trying to repair both watches and I can't even get a hold of customer support to complain.

So, if you're thinking about buying a We-Wood watch, I'd say buyer beware. While they may look cool and eco-friendly, the quality and customer service are seriously lacking. Save yourself the headache and buy a watch from a more reliable brand.

We Wood Disappointed with WeWood's Customer Service and Repair Process

I gotta say, I got myself a WeWood watch a couple of years back and it was pretty sweet. But, after a while, the wooden strap started to wear out and I was pretty bummed about it. I decided to hit up their customer service and see what they could do for me.

They told me to send the watch to their repair center, but since the warranty had expired, I had to pay for the repair and shipping costs. It was a bit of a bummer, but I went ahead and did it anyway.

The repair process was pretty quick and I got my watch back in about a week. But, when I opened the package, I was pretty disappointed. The strap they put on my watch was a totally different color and it didn't look the same at all. They didn't even tell me that they didn't have the original color and they didn't ask for my approval to change it with some way darker strap.

Now, it's pretty hard to find a wooden strap on the market since they are one of the few companies producing it. So, I'm stuck with this new strap that doesn't match the watch at all. It's a bit of a bummer because the watch doesn't look as good as it used to and I'm not sure if I want to keep using it anymore.

Overall, I'm a bit disappointed with the whole experience. I wish they had been more upfront about the strap color and had given me the option to choose a different color or even just keep the original strap. It's a shame because I really liked the watch, but now it's just not the same.

We Wood Disappointing Experience with WeWood Watch: Poor Customer Service and Return Policies

I recently received a WeWood watch as a gift, and while I was excited to wear it, I quickly realized that it was too small for my wrist. I decided to order some extra links to make it fit better, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a frustrating experience.

First of all, it took a whopping twenty days for the extra links to arrive, and when they finally did, I was disappointed to find out that they didn't fit my watch. I reached out to customer support to see if I could return or exchange the watch, but was met with a disappointing response. Apparently, gifts are not eligible for returns or exchanges, and even if they were, I would have had to do it within 14 days of purchase. This was frustrating, especially since it took them so long to get back to me about the extra links in the first place.

To make matters worse, I found out that WeWood doesn't even have any extra links in stock, and they won't be getting any more. This means that I'm stuck with a watch that doesn't fit, and there's nothing I can do about it. I'm extremely disappointed with WeWood's customer service and return policies, and I would not recommend buying from them.

In fact, I'm so frustrated with this experience that I've decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company. It's been weeks since I first reached out to WeWood, and I still haven't received a response from their customer support team. It's clear that they don't care about their customers, and I would advise anyone thinking about buying from them to look elsewhere.

We Wood We Wood Watch Review: Stunning, Lightweight, and Top-Notch Customer Service

I gotta say, I bought a watch from We Wood back in December of 2015 and I was a bit worried about all the mixed reviews I saw online. But, I decided to take the plunge and give them a shot since they're the OG wood watch company and no one else has the same collection they do. Now, after almost 4 months of wearing my Kappa Nut watch, I can give you my honest opinion on it.

First off, let me tell you that this watch is even more stunning in person than it was on the website. It's lightweight and super cool, and I've had to get a few links removed to make it fit just right. But once I did, man oh man, it was awesome. Everywhere I go, people are always complimenting me on it and asking where I got it. And of course, I always send them straight to We Wood!

Their customer service is also top-notch. I had to call in to ask a few questions about how to take care of my watch, and they helped me out every step of the way. They even gave me a discount offer for a future order, which was a nice surprise.

Overall, I'm really happy with my experience with We Wood. If you're on the fence about buying one of their watches, I say go for it. You won't be disappointed!

We Wood Poor Communication and Service: My Experience with We-Wood Watches

We-Wood is a company based in California that creates wooden watches and has a unique initiative of planting a tree for every order placed. I was excited to order a watch from them and support their eco-friendly mission. However, my experience with them has been less than satisfactory.

After placing my order over a month ago, I have not received any confirmation email or update on the status of my order. I was charged for the watch, but it has not arrived yet. When I reached out to them via email, it took them three days to respond, and they informed me that there was a problem with my order. They asked me to call them to resolve the issue.

When I called them, I was told that the problem was because I had recently moved, and the address given did not match the account information. They mentioned something about a form that needed to be filled out, and my watch would be shipped after that was taken care of. However, the call ended abruptly, leaving me confused and frustrated.

A week later, I received an email stating that my order had been canceled at my request. I was shocked as I had not requested any cancellation. I am currently waiting for a reply from them yet again, hoping to resolve this issue.

My main complaint is the lack of communication from their end. When there is a problem with my order, they keep my money and do not inform me of the issue. I have to reach out to them, and even then, they do not provide clear instructions or updates. It is frustrating to see that they are sending me ads for new watches and specials while I am still waiting for my original order.

In conclusion, I would suggest avoiding this site altogether. While their mission is admirable, their customer service and communication skills need improvement. I hope they take this feedback constructively and work towards providing a better experience for their customers.

We Wood We Wood Watch Review: Disappointing Quality and Customer Service

So, I bought a watch from We Wood (us.we-wood.com) for my boyfriend's anniversary gift. I chose the Assunt Watch in the colour Nut. When I received the watch, I was disappointed to see that it looked really washed out. The minute marks on the watch were undetectable, and the second hand was half painted pink while the rest of it was unpainted silver. I thought that was really odd.

I contacted We Wood about the issues and sent them personal photos of the watch I received. Their response was not what I expected. They said that not all watches are going to be the exact color as the picture on the website and offered me an exchange.

I understand that wood watches are unique and may not have the same pattern or exact shade due to the nature of natural wood. However, the watch I received was so washed out that it looked significantly different than advertised. Some of the minute marks were missing, which affected its functionality. They never offered an explanation about the half painted second hand. They claimed that all their Assunt Nut watches in their inventory looked like that. Apparently, the discrepancy between the watch advertised and the watch I received was considered normal.

I was disappointed that I was refused a refund because I bought the watch at 30% off during the Black Friday sale. I wish I had bought it at full price just so I could get a refund now. I spent good money on a watch that I cannot gift away due to its low quality.

I turned down the exchange because they don't seem to see anything wrong with the watch. That doesn't exactly inspire confidence. I'm not interested in a different watch model, and I don't see a point in exchanging for the same model when all "other Assunt Nuts in stock the watches all look the same".

So, I was wearing my We Wood watch and thought the battery was dead. I took it to a jeweler and they found out that the gears were broken inside. I was so disappointed because I couldn't return it. I would advise you to stay away from this brand. The concept is great, but the quality is poor.
