Nightmare service
I have purchased a sofa set from RattanWarehouse website and when my order arrived I saw that there were two pieces missing. I contacted customer service and they said that they were very sorry and promised that someone will arrive and bring the missing pieces. They said that someone will arrive the next day. That did not happen!
Well, long story short! It took them over three weeks to bring the missing parts and I argued with them a lot! Their customer service support was very hard to deal with, they were very unprofessional! I will not order anything from them again and would not recommend this company to anyone.
Scammers
I ordered furniture from the website www.rattanwarehouse.co.uk. The seller stated that he had only high-quality furniture, but it was lie. I placed the order, but the seller delivered it with the delay, and he didn’t warn about it. Also the furniture broke after 3 days, and the seller refused to repair it. He told me that my warranty would cover it. No money, no furniture. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money.
