My sister suffered injuries on Indigo flight.

(PNR No - N26Z6U, 6E, 6202, Ticket No - N26Z6U/1/1).

Wednesday night, my sister, Ms Seema Saxena, boarded your INDIGO flight from Ahmedabad to Delhi, 9 PM, 13/09/23, while returning from her week long Gujarat tour (work related).

When the flight landed n stopped and the staircase elevator was affixed with the plane, my sister stepped out first only to find out that the elevator was not properly affixed to the plane. And when she stepped out, the flat board of the elevator got slightly distanced and jumped up making my sister fall down on the flat board of the elevator staircase. She lost balance & suffered multiple injuries on her ribs, knees n legs.

She could have got serious life threatening head and other injuries too, if she had fallen directly down to the earth from the top of the elevator or if she had rolled/fallen down from the stairs and down to the stony earth but got saved due to luck n time.

It was a case of SHEER NEGLIGENCE on the part of Pilot and air hostess.

When the elevator was not properly affixed and the clutches (jaws) not properly stuck to the body of the airplane, why the hell the airhostess opened up the exit doors (and why the Pilot allowed to open the plane) to allow the passengers leaving by getting down the plane.

And ur shameless air hostesses doesnt have any etiquettes, manners ot service hospitality standards to help my sister get up. No one of them helped my sister. Someone called up the team and then assistants came up to help my sister deboard the plane on a stretcher.

CRAP BEHAVIOUR.

One more female co-passenger, along with my sister, got hurt but not that badly.

My sister is a diabetic for long time now and her body is weak.

Now the trauma and the injuries suffered.

Who is going to pay for all this harrowing time?

You n your airlines should be taken to the courts now for this life threatening incident, causing immense damage to the passenger for the near death experience.

She is writhing in constant pain for full day.

Cudnt even go for her Xray due to d pain till now.

Disfiguring of the knees, injury marks, swelling and somethings cant be shown in open like this, passenger being a female.. And internal damage still unknown.

She is a working woman, managing her own small business.

Now the loss of her income as well has also started due to all this traumatic experience.

That one of ur departmental heads called up and told my sister to take Rs 2K voucher.

Cost of human life of a working professional is Rs 2K

Adarsh Saxena, CA.

(Brother of Ms Seema Saxena).

Desired outcome: We want the Indigo Airlines Do some analysis of the situation with no bias, and bear/pay up all the costs, of the actual and potential losses, and the apology from the air hostess and the pilot of the flight.
