India Yamaha Motor review: Complain for highly expensive service and delayed bike service

Dear Team,

I regret having to write this email, but I am deeply concerned about the continuous overcharging by your dealer, Amrut Motors – Yamaha Authorised Dealer in Navi Mumbai. Their service costs are excessively high, and it has become quite frustrating.

I had already stopped servicing my bike there due to the owner’s unprofessional behavior and the unreasonable service charges. However, my father recently took our bike for service, and upon checking the bill today, I found the total amount to be Rs. 14,478, which includes a labour charge of Rs. 3,870. I have attached a copy of the bill for your reference and request you to please review it.

I kindly ask for a refund of the extra amount charged by this dealer. I am disappointed by this experience and strongly suggest that the owner be given proper training on maintaining professionalism and treating customers respectfully..
