I have tried to return makeup that I have never utilized. This has been the most unsatisfactory subscription I have ever experienced. I have attempted to return or exchange this product for a different shade, and l have attempt to reach out to customer service. Although I have received a response from customer service, the representative stated that she would facilitate an exchange but did not inquire about the color I required nor did she send a return label. This situation is quite frustrating! I am unable to use and do not wish to retain. You cannot contact the company by phone or text. Only by email and its 7-14 days to get a response from that email. I got one email from them and the representative state that they would do a one time exchange. But she did not ask for the shade and neither did she give me a label to return the makeup. All I wanted was a change in shade and to give that unopened makeup back so they could donate it or resale it. But what I got was lies, poor, inadequate service and treatment. This what I have experienced from this company. So be careful when dealing with this company because you will be charge that $89 whether you like it or not.
Desired outcome: Either my money back or the right shade of makeup. And to cancel my subscription

The complaints on here about customer service are accurate. I recently ordered a bottle of foundation on the 14 day free trial and I have not received the product yet and they have already taken out the full amount which they are not supposed to do unless I keep the bottle after 14 days. It is impossible to reach customer service. The phone either stays on a busy signal, or, if it rings, it will ring, switch to busy signal then disconnect. I will immediately ship the product back unopened when I receive it as this is such shady practice. Very disappointing.
Well not only have I not even received any products from these companies but I ultimately went on there to do the try before you buy however I was charged multiple times full amounts along with the try before you buy shipping charges and still have yet to receive any products and the money has coming out of my bank account multiple times. I have emailed and tried calling however when you try to call in you just get an auto record and hung up on. I find this extremely unprofessional and unacceptable some of us live on fixed incomes along with others working extremely hard for their money I still wait to hear from someone.
