IHOP review: restaurant new mgmt and personnel

2 incidents. New operators and staff. My mother in law 96 yrs., friend 88 yrs. and wife 75 yrs were once or twice a week visitors to the restaurant in Sherwood park Alberta Canada with good service and food, the reason for returns.
Recently new operators and staff took over Service was terrible, food was atrocious. Same menue but horrible prep and presentation. Not once but twice, returned with the hope it was an off day previous. Same bad service and food prep and presentation.
These three ladies and others we spoke to are not returning to this establishment!
