IHOP review: Missing meal items

Hello,

My Wife and I visited the Astoria, NY  location, #3720 on Tuesday, 10/13 at approximately 6:30 PM. We are regular customers where as we visit IHOP 2-3 times a month. We were seated. I believe our server's name was George.  My wife always orders Salmon dinner with  broccoli. We were informed that there was no broccoli. This is not the first time we were informed that there was no broccoli. Two weeks prior same issue.  I then ordered Philly cheese steak. I was informed there was no beef for the sandwich. I asked George for him to tell me  what else does this restaurant doesn't have kiddingly. He replied we don't have A1 steak sauce and tomatoes.  This is not acceptable. I have never heard of a restaurant that fails to have the needed items in order to prepare the menu meals.  I there reluctantly ordered Classic Grilled Chiclen Sandwich.

This location is poorly runed/ managed. Management should be replaced.  Every time we visit, there is always something not available.  Not sure if we are going to return there any longer.
