I purchase a Groupon for IHOP on Aug., 25th, 2025 for $23.99 for a $60 value. The Groupon to IHOP expired on Dec. 5th, 2025. I called Groupon about the issue. They told it is their policy and agreement with the vendors that they have to honor the price paid after the expiration date. I attended the IHOP location at 2850 US Highway 34, OSWEGO, IL 60543. on 12/20.2025. I showed the Groupon to the waitress. She said I needed to speak with the Manager. The Manager was not in the store. She was out somewhere. The Manager called me back. I explained the situation. The Manager refused to honor the price I paid for the Groupon. I explained to her that I already paid $23.99 for the Groupon and I was only asking for a credit for the amount I already paid for. The manager Shelly refused my request and said we don't do that.
