I tried the sample and cancelled the product one week after receiving the sample because it is no good. Even so I cancelled, they still shipped and took my money more than the advertising said. I cancelled all my credit cards that is the only way to stop them. They are criminals.

Ordered a FREE TRIAL from these companies. Subsequently charged $131.53 & $155.58 with absolutely NOTHING being received. At no time did I sign up for anything!

I agree with hailey. I also noticed good changes in my wife's skin. Was aware enough with the policy so I didn't experience unwanted charges on my account.,

I can't get it., why all comments are about scam..when in the first place it was stated that we should call them when we are not satisfied with the product and send the product back, simple! .. based on my OWN EXPERIENCE, i received an email regarding their policy, i complied with it. . . I called when i haven't received the product on time, i asked to extend trial period and they allowed it. .

Let's be real. . this products helps me reduce those ugly lines on my face, not all of course, but at least it lessen those lines that reminds me of my age. i will not sacrifice to try cheaper product that will harm my skin in the long run. .

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS - I cancelled when one of the products burned me, and the others did not work, they refuse to acknowledge I did cancel and they still have billed my credit card massive amounts as they deal in US dollars so be warned they are scammers. They do not deal with paper only a useless call centre, which they say I did not call, I did and was not given the option to return the goods nor was I told an authorisation number so clearly they have two systems working. BE WARNED

In the past I have requested that I do not receive further deliveries of your product so I ask AGAIN to meet my request, I would not to take further action on this matter. Please forward to me an address in Australia where todays' delivery can be returned. Thank you.

I spoke with John earlier today 9th March 2016 and received an RMA #so I can return a package which was sorted out ok. I was then looking at my bank statements and found that an amount of $13.89 has been debited today. I want to know what this if for and the full amount refunded. I have cancelled my account with your company and am making a formal complaint to the appropriate authorities as this is not an acceptable way to a run a business. I would like to be contacted asap regarding this matter.

Do not purchase products from this company. Multiple payments were taken from my account before the bank alerted me to the scam. The bank also informed me that the company would have taken a regular monthly payment from my account. On the advice of my bank I cancelled my bank card. Stay clear.

The worst company ever! Product is horrible. Customer support is also horrible. Signed up for the free trial ($4.95) and after a few weeks, they took away more than $200 when I didn't even want to reorder the product. When I called customer support to send the products back they charged me a $20 'internal fee' for processing and on top of that I had to pay for sending it back to their warehouse. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY.

Obviously you didn't read the policy of the company before placing the order. I got a free trial for my wife and it ended great. They are very easy to deal with. You could actually call them if you have inquiries.

idrotherapy is really part of my daily skincare routine . it improveds the appearance of my skin! it lessen and reduces my wrinkles and fine lines. I am confident to say it made me look younger! I have mine at 29usd and scheduled delivery every 3months! this is worth it

I really don't have complains about this product because it really works for my skin. I understand some were complaining about that this is a scam but they were wrong. I, myself can testify that this is a legit product. I am using this for months now and it's really worth the try. I subscribed to their free trial, and since I have entered my bank info and some of my personal info. I checked my email right away since this is an online transaction. I saw the terms and conditions at the bottom part and I was not able to read it properly so I decided to contact the phone number on the email I received. The customer representative was able to give me answers and explained very well about the trial I subscribed, they actually offered me a promotions which I can pay least amount and I really do appreciate that because the product really works for me. The thing is we just need to be more responsible in reading terms and conditions even though it's very long. The product is really wonderful. You must try it and make sure to read terms and conditions.

If you are doubting this product with those reviews about it, you should read the T&C carefully before ordering and thats the time you can give it a try for free without worrying about unwanted charges.You simply follow the instruction and see how amazing this wrinkle cream is.I would recommend this to everyone I know.Its a bit risky but Its also worth a try. -Dulcie

Also scammed. Just received an email to say that have deducted over $100 from my account. I didn't authorise this. Very disappointed.

No email to confirm original order. Have since been charged for another "delivery " to my credit card bill which we haven't received. SCAM SCAM Cant find out how to contact this company to stop repeat orders.

I signed up for the trial and paid for the postage. I have read a lot of not nice comments but since It has been shipped I tried it anyway. Surprisingly, it was great! my mom who is 78 years n and my husband loves it too! The best thing is that I get to continue at 70% off! what a great deal for a great product!

On may 16th I got an unauthorized credit card charge of $!40. plus a charge of $8 Can. for a sample. This product is unwanted and when I tried to phone the company their number has been disconnected. I would like a refund but when I see the other complaints it doesn't sound good. Too bad these companies are allowed to stay in business

I am complaining about the money being taken out of my account 11 February, 2016. The amount of US$92.00 taken out of my account when I paid $5.99 for a sample product of argean oil. I have rung them, they are giving me a 70% refund, because I said I would call the police. I have rung my bank and the amount will be a dispute and hopefully refunded. They are stealing money, it is a disgrace.

This company is a total rip off, like a wolf in sheep's clothing. They do not advertise the price (which is outrageous), do not give adequate time to try the product, and have two different trial period lengths which further adds to the confusion. They make it very difficult to cancel and stall for a half an hour before they will give you the address to send the product back to - for a fee, of course. My 'free trial' cost over $95, even after I returned the Idrotherapy. DO NOT GET INVOLVED with this company.
