Ice Cold Airmuffler they instaled and faiald

my name is kelly scott and im starting this complaint out with thank you on fixing our last problem with the free oil chages card and 20% off the free work ill need if i keep bring my 1992 ford truck to your location at st.52 and us 19 or the othere frinchiess becouse they dont stand by ther product.i had a muffler installed byICE COLD AIR and the maneger at that time i gueess he put a fualty part on my truck to hold up the muffler but after about 1 year it started to sound louder so i took it back to ICE COLD AIR and ther betermenation was my cadilidick converter had a hole in it but gust 6 mounths past the warrenty not like the first fisit about it it was under warrenty but not just 6 mounths later when the sound is luoder i bring it back. NOW IS WHER IT GETS REALY FUNNY THE WORKER THAT LOOKED AT IT AND THE MANEGER BOTH SAID A FAULTY BRAKET BROKE AND LET MY MUFFLER BOUNC WITCH BROKE THE TWO OTHER PIPES HOLDING MY MUFFLER TOGETHR, SO SINCE THIS HAPENED BECOUSE OF THERE WORKMENSHIP THE LAST TIME THEY INSTALLED IT WAS POORLY INSTALED AND I TOOK IT BACK LATER TO GET LOOKED AT SO TWO WORKER AT THAT LOCATION DIDNT KNOW THERE WAY TO INSTALL OR CHECK OUT FOR A PROBLEM WELL JUST TO SHORTEN THIS THE MANEGER SAID HE WOUD DO IT FOR 75 DOLLARS SO I DIDNT THINK THIS WAS RIGHT SO I WENT TO THERE CORRPORATION TO ASK Y IF YOUR WORKER PUT A PART ON THAT WOULDNT HOLD MY MUFFLER UP AND WAS FAULTY AND BROKE AND I RETURNED BEFORE THE YEAR WAS UP AND NO PROBLEMS NOW 6 MOUNTHS LATER IT NEEDS FIX NOW SO THE CORRPERATION OFFERED TO LET ME ONLY PAY 50 DOLLARS FOR THE FACT THAT THER TECH COULDNT FIND THIS PROBLEM 6 MOUNTHS EARLYER AND THE FIRST TECH WHO INSTALED IT DIDNT PUT IT ON PROPERLY, YHAT WAS NICE THANK YOU BUT MY GUESSTION IS WHY DO I NEED TO PAY THE FIRST OFFER OF 75 PLUSS 45 LABOR TO JUST 75 THEN ALL THE WAY FROM THE CORRPIRATION OF 50 DOLLARS THATS A GEAT MARK DOWN FOR YOU POOR WORKMENSHIP AND TECH WHO LOOKED INTO THE PROBLEM BE FOR MY WARRENTY WAS GONE FUNNY ANT IT .THE FUNNYST YET IS WHEN I WAS TOLD THEY COULD PUT THIS NEXT MUFFLER ON WITH BETTER HOLDER SO THER PROBLEM WOULDNT HAPPEN AGAIN IF IT WAS THAT EASY AND YOU DIDNT WANT PEOPLE TO KEEP COMEING BACK TO FIX THESE PROBLEMS THAT I WAS TOLD COULD HAVE BEEN DONE THE FIRST TIME SO WHAT DOES THW WORLD OF INTERNET THINK ABOUT THESE PLACES LIKE THIS WHO PRAY ON THE WEEK TO LINE THERE POCKETS. THE RIGHT THING FOR THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE WAS OFFER TO FIX THER MISTAKES AND FIXED IT FOR FREE IT WAS THERE FAULTY WORK THAT MADE THE PROBLEM OWELL I GUESS YOU GOT SJUM LORD RENTERS I GUESS THE SOME CAN HAPPEN WITH A CORPIRATION LIKE ICE COL AIR AT 52&19 OR ANY FOR THAT MATTER THERE A FRACHIS THIS SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO REACH SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO GET THIS PROBLEM FIXED COUSE THE FAMILY WHO HAS PUT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO ICE COLD AIR FO OTHER WORK I AND I WAS REFERED FROM FAMILY THAT USED TO GO THERE ALL SO BUT I GUESS THATS WHY THEY MAKE COURT ROOMS AND GUDGES.SO HERE WE ARE TO DAY SEE YOU TOMMARROW WITH AN UP DATE LETS SEE IF OUR GOOD OLD WELL KNOWN ICE COLD AIR WILL FIX THER FAULT PROBLEMS AND POOR TECH .I DONT KNOW BUT I PROMISE THAT OTHERS WILL, HAVE A GREAT DAY AND PLEAS CONTACT ME YOU HAVE MY NUMBER

    people should be able to relieon owr small work places to c
    keek up with the competiter but not at the cost of the little guy, sorry they cant help ypu.bill
