THEY HIRED GHETTO FEMALES WHO CAN NOT SPEAK ENGLISH PROPERLY AND THEIR FAVORITE WORD TO COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS IS "YUP". I PAID MY ACCOUNT IN FULL BUT THEY ARE TAKING 100 DAYS TO SHOW THAT MY ACCOUNT IS PAID IN FULL! I AM SURE IS BECAUSE OF THEIR LACK OF EDUCATION BUT WHY DO WE (AS CUSTOMERS) HAVE TO SUFFER! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO CLOSE ITS DOORS BECAUSE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE BUNCH OF UNHAPPY ILLITERATE CLOWNS! AND I REALLY THINK THEY'RE FROM SOUTH CENTRAL LOS ANGELES, LIKE DEEP DEEP IN THE HOOD! LOL... AND I NOMINATE ARIN FOR THE QUEEN OF BAD LANGUAGE AND WORST ATTITUDE AND EATING CHIPS OVER THE PHONE, REPRESENTETIVE OF THE WORLD...
