My son got a debt collection letter and the guy in charge, Mr. TODD DAVIS, was super rude, sounded racist, and didn't wanna answer any questions. He was all like, "This is what you owe, end of story." So rude! Where can I report this dude?

SCAMMERS. Dont fall for this. This company fishes for information about accidents that've been settled and closed... and contact people involved to scare them into stealing money from them. They'll sound rude and aggressive to make you believe it too. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. You get a letter from them, shred it without giving it a thought. You're welcome.

I got a letter in the mail about something that happened. I called and made a deal with someone over the phone. The day came and it was on a Sunday. I started a new job, but not at the original time I was supposed to start. I called back the next day after I was supposed to pay for the deal and asked if I could have 4 more days to make the payment. They said no and that they would suspend my license or registration. They don't have any heart or compassion for people's situations. Things happen in life that we can't control. I don't think asking for 4 more days is too much.

I got in an accident like 10 months ago. Just got a letter from this fake company saying I gotta call 'em or my license will get suspended. They gave me like 7 days to call. So I called 'em up and this dude named Montgomery was super rude. They tryna collect a debt that was already sorted out by both insurance companies. The insurance claims been closed for months, man! So why this fake company called *** Neil & Associates want my insurance info? These people tryna steal money, man. They scammers... They ain't even a legit company backed by the ComplaintsBoard.com and they say they been around for 38 years? Yeah, right!

This company, Jonathan Neil & Associates, Inc., is an absolute fraud. I had an accident last year while driving a company vehicle, and it was fully covered by my employer. The incident had nothing to do with me personally, as I was simply carrying out my duties for my multi-billion dollar employer. However, I received a letter from a person named Carlos, who works for this company, and when I called him, he became aggressive and accused me of being a fugitive. He even went as far as claiming that I committed a hit and run, despite the fact that I had stopped for an hour and waited for the police to arrive. During that time, I exchanged all necessary information with the other driver involved. It seems that the other driver is desperate for money and seeking handouts, and unfortunately, she found support from this dishonest company that lied to me and accused me of things that never actually occurred. Carlos is a disappointment to his family, and he clearly has serious mental and anger issues to falsely accuse a stranger over the phone of a hit and run, when I was actually stopped for a full hour with police involvement, all for a minor damage worth only $100-$200.

I got into a accident in my friend's car and her insurance wouldn't cover it. We got a letter in the mail saying we had to pay over 2000. I made arrangements to pay, but I missed a month and fell behind. Last month, I made a double payment, so I only have one more double payment left to catch up. It's Christmas season and I'm low on cash this month, so I called and asked if I could pay 120 this month and the double payment next month instead. He argued with me and talked to me like I was a child. In the end, he said he couldn't accept my 120 payment. They won't take any payment unless it's the double payment. I think this is unfair. They're threatening to suspend my friend's license and registration. I'm really worried about this. They won't cooperate with me.

Callin an harassin bout an accident that my vehicle was not involved in. Carlos *** has called multiple times in a row, rudely sayin that I was involved in a hit and run. They have threatened to have my driver's license suspended over an accident that the vehicle (grey van) match the description of my vehicle (black hatchback). I obtained a copy of the police report and the description of the vehicle does not even match the license plate recorded. Also spoke with a detective with the police department that had jurisdiction and have been resolved of any wrongdoing, due to conflicting and incorrect information on the report.
I have sent a letter contestin the collections to *** Neil & Associates, they have failed to provide information requested as per the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

They have bought a debt and are tryin to collect from a party that is not involved in the loss in any manner.

A report has been filed with the Texas Attorney Generals Office for harassment.

First and foremost, I am shocked to receive a letter addressed as GENTLEMAN:
1. I am a WOMAN.
2. This ain't proper etiquette or business professional to address a letter as GENTLEMAN.
3. This seems like intentional discrimination assuming gender and I'll report it to the state's Attorney General's office.
4. The ONLY debt I owe to CSAA is $39.90 according to the AAA representative. I canceled my policy months ago, but AAA didn't do their due diligence due to technical issues. I provided proof and evidence, so I only have to pay a portion for coverage not covered ($39.90). Yet, I still get a Balanced owed of $377.48, which I clearly don't owe for principal/damages. I did my part and contacted AAA, and the issue got fixed, but I'm still getting penalized for the reporting agencies' technical error. I don't know who this company is hiring, but please give them training on proper business etiquette for writing and addressing these letters.

Received a scam letter to pay for an accident that never occurred. Total scam! This company sent me a 7 day notice for a accident i was not involved in in anyway and they are trying to collect $***. I keep calling them and they haven't called me back earlier today I saw a guy taking pictures of my house and have a feeling it is from them they are trying to collect a debt from me when I have nothing to do with this and they won't talk to me in anyway. They say on the paper that they will get my license and registration taken away this is nit right.

and associates keeps sending threatening letters and call constantly 4 to 5 times a day saying our company owes money to a place we have already spoken to and we owe nothing. I'm not sure how *** and associates must of acquired the information illegally because the company we deal with Said they never our source anything and doesn't even know who *** and associates is. The Harassment needs to stop or we will seek legal action. *** AND ASSOCIATES ARE CON ARTIST SCAMMERS AND THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.

Received two threatening letters from this place to collect against a claim against me regarding a car accident and my insurer ***. Also threatened to suspend my driver's license and removal of my license plate registration. Not to mention this vehicle is no longer non-existent. Firstly, I had insurance during my accident. Secondly, this claim was closed by *** and they and I have proof of it. And thirdly if you don't stop harassing me, I will threaten to sue you for harassment, defamation, retaliation, nuisance, false claims, and violation of federal laws.

On Monday, October 25, I received in the mail, via USPS, a letter stating I had been in an accident on August 17 and is threatening to have my driver's license revoked if I did not provide proof of auto insurance. The issue is, I was not in a car accident. I contacted the company via email asking them to provide details of said "accident" and have not received a response. From what I have seen on the ComplaintsBoard.com website and other websites, this company is running a scam. I have asked them to desist from any further contact. Next steps will involve California Attorney General's office.

I been receiving numerous of letters threatening me to revoke my license and file a police report on me. I keep explaining to whoever these people are that I no longer owned the vehicle at the time of the allege car accident nor was aware that the car was still registered in my name. I also didn't know the vehicle was in a motor vehicle accident until I start getting these letters. This is highly unacceptable to keep harassing me on something that I wasn't at fault. This is giving me lots of stress and anxiety. These people should be ashamed of themselves to used scare tactics by threatening to issue a warrant for my arrest and take my license away. Please leave me alone.

Scam and fraudulent allegations, This company sent me a fraudulent demand letter over an accident that was already closed by my insurance company. I have received two threatening correspondence and have contacted my insurance company to verify the claim was settled and the demand letter from GEICO was paid in the full amount requested by GEICO. GEICO received the information for my insurance company from the beginning and all information is available to them. GEICO has been communicating with my insurance company from the beginning concerning the accident and all correspondence should be through my insurance company. Please correct situation and stop all threats and collection towards me at this address.

Scam and fraudulent allegations This company sent me a fraudulent demand letter over an accident that was already closed by my insurance company because it was fraudulent. They threatened to take my license. I did not even own this vehicle and was not driving. They have it listed as a hit and run when the driver went to the hospital due to an injury and I have the police report. They're scammers and lies and are trying to swindle me out of my hard earned money for something I have nothing to do with. My attorney called and they refused to give her any information. They aren't my attorney they have no confidentiality agreement with me, they just know they are scanners and don't want to talk to a real attorney.

My wife was involved in an incident and this company was involved to collect payment. We set up a payment plan with them and where having issues making the payments. My wife was wanting to work through this as this is money that we owe and wanted to do our best to make sure that we paid our debt. The customer service person tied to us, ***, was very unprofessional and hostel with my wife. She asked to be assigned a new representative and was berated and told that he doesn't get to make the rules. He put her down and stated that they would be "revoking" her drivers license. Our family is going through a lot right now and to have someone berate and belittle someone that is trying to the right thing is extremely unethical and immoral.

On 7/29 I received a letter in the mail from *** & Associates, Inc. saying they represent Geico. The file#: XXXXXXXXXXXXX Claim#: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Damages: $*** Contact: *** Ext: *** They are saying they are going to request suspension of my drivers license and remove my vehicle license plate registration if I don't pay. All of these allegations are false! I was never in a accident, I have talked to GEICO and they said they made an error and have fixed the error on their end. *** & Associates, Inc. are going after the wrong person! I do not owe any money to them sense I was never involved in the accident they say I was involved in. Please correct the situation and do not send me anymore threats saying I owe money, they have the wrong person!

I received a seven day notice that claims I owe for a loss of $*** from Geico. I have called Geico directly and this claim does not belong to me. I have called Geico directly and this claim does not belong to me. It is a different name, address, and date of birth of the person involved. I have communicated this with *** from Jonathan Neil & Associates, Inc. and he has rudely stated that he has marching orders to proceed. I reiterated that Geico themselves have advised me not to provide my information as that case is not mine. I want this resolved and my name removed from this, but this company is unwilling to do anything. I want to letters and calls to stop. I am now at a loss as to what to do.

On 6/18 I received a Letter from *** & Associates, Inc. Saying they represent Gieco.. For claim # *** ((( *** File: *** by *** EXT *** for damages of *** dollars and cents. *** & Associates, Inc. *** If not paid they were going to go after my license and vehicle registration. All these claims from this company are fake..And Gieco made mistake. I have never been in any accident much less owe anything. These people are going after the wrong person.This is harassment and defamation of my character. i wish the threats to stop as well as any collection effort towards me or I will take legal action. i have a bad Heart and this is causing much stress and has already raised my blood pressure. Please correct situation and stop all threats and collection towards me at this address.They have the wrong person.

Received a suspicious, but demanding letter about an accident in which I was not at fault. A lady backed into me in a parking lot. Since my vehicle didn't have any damage, I told her I would not call the police but did request her information. I immediately called my insurance company (MetLife) and provided the lady's information and an account of what happened. MetLife and Geico both concluded that since she backed into me and I didn't need to file a claim (because there was no damage), her insurance would cover her; and they did. Now I'm receiving a letter from "Jonathan Neil & Associates, Inc." out of California threatening to suspend my driver's license and/or vehicle tags and that I need to submit personal information to them within 7 days in order to resolve this issue. I have attached the letter I received. I contacted MetLife and they told me that under no circumstances should I fill this out and to contact the ComplaintsBoard.com. They reviewed the incident and said it was closed on 6/14.

Judging from everyone's reviews, i don't need to repeat my reason for this complaint, this law firm as been constantly sending me letters stating that they are going to request my lic suspended, if I don't show proof of my insurance. for an accident. In any case I sent them my insurance, showing that my car is, was and always covered by insurance. They still insist on sending me threatening letters requesting me to pay $901.30 in damages or else. My question is due to all this similar complaint can't you, the ComplaintsBoard.com do something immediately about this law institution. Cause what didn't make sense to me, was the fact that I sent my insurance and they still wrote me stating that I must pay of face suspension. When in previous letters sent, they told me if I can proof that I am insured they would contact my insurance company to settle the matter. I recieved a 7 day notice from Jonathan Neil and associates and i believe they are in error. I recieved a 7 day notice dated 10/30 pertaining to file CAR XXXXXXXXXX, claim number XXXXXXXXXXXX, DOL 7/27. They claim I owe damages in the amount of $***, are requesting my inaurance information, and are threatening to have my drivers license and /or vehicle license plate registration suspended. I have not been in an accident, none of my vehicles have been in an accident, and i have no idea how they got my name or address. When calling them i have not been able to reach anyone helpful. They provided a name for *** and his extension but i cannot get in touch with him. I tried another number listed for this business and wound up reaching a very unhelpful, unpleasant lady, sitting through a hold with no hold music or indication i was on hold, then being transferred to a slightly less unpleasant man who informed me i had the wrong office and needed to call the main office (who I cant reach).

Not lawful debt I, ***, citizen of ***. I declare that insurance company , accomplished against me an unlawful amount and hung up illegally on my credit history debt that can not be for me. Because, as I declare officially, that I *** never signed a contract, did not sign any of statements and did not fill what papers in this company. Let them give one document under that I signed or even one telephone conversation though, that I in general wanted to be in this insurance company and rang to them when or. If who that and was an initiator, that me there to enter, then it will excuse it is not my problems and they do not have a right to hang on me everything that is possible, that to them after it is desirable, without my on that consent. That is why, I ask to clean from my credit history a debt that was hung on me by a AAA trough JONATHAN *** & ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE MANAGEMENT, and has no documents with my signature, I wasn't even in their office and never wrote letters and not called them.
