I normally do not write reviews but I feel compelled to warn others of a bait and switch maneuver Winston Dacuycuy at Huntington Bank along with Therese Wittau at 1441 Waukegan Road in Glenview pulled on us. Branch manager Theresa Wittau not only turned a blind eye to this illegal maneuver but actually colluded with Winston.

After depositing over $300.000.00 with the specific agreement that we would no more be charged $6.00 for cashiers checks, he suddenly broke our agreement a week later saying "agreements can change anytime". His true Jeckyll and Hyde personality came out with the nasty side of him dominating after receiving our $.

We immediately closed ALL our accounts after banking here loyally close to 20 years ever since it was TCF Bank. Our friends and family also closed ALL their accounts at Huntington Bank. This review is to make others aware of the poor business decisions they made and prevent others from being scammed and deceived.

There are so many other nicer, kinder and more ethical banks to work with. Please be careful everyone.
