On multiple occasions the transportation provider(Lyft) did not arrive to get me to my appointment, or arrived at the time that my appointment was for. 09/16/26 the will call cancelled 3x leaving me to sit in the hot sun more than an hour. One driver claimed he was present but I was seated beside the front entrance, there was no driver. Another patient who noticed me waiting so long gave me a ride home. 09/18/26 Lyft cancelled 3x in less than 20min. before I called and cancelled my appointment. Then I contacted Humana Access yet again to make them aware of this ongoing issue. Can Humana Access please arrange for a responsible transportation provider to get me to and fro my medical appointments.
