From the start the people at United Medicare Advisors have actually cared about me. When I recently changed my supplement provider, a mistake was made with my birth date, but the representative involved got right on it! No delays or uncomfortable situations. I trust them to care about my needs - not theirs.

Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable representative. Able to understand explanation of various aspects of different carriers. No pressure to make a decision. Followed up to be sure I understood options and choices. Easy to understand the representative; no accent. I've recommended United Medicare Advisors to a friend.

I was very impressed and pleased with the agent I talked with. He was extremely helpful. I would recommend him to my friends. However, the company that was supposed to help me with my drug plan called me once. I was on the phone and could not answer. I called back and was unable to reach anyone. They never called back or called me again.

The person that helped me was awesome! I could tell her what I was looking for and she could fit the correct product to meet my needs. This process was helpful and direct to the point. I did not have to evaluate alot of confusing products. I have gotten all my documents early and am ready to move forward when the time comes. She was extremely knowledgeable.

I feel I was able to find the best coverages for my financial and health circumstances. They gather your information and offer you the best coverage and prices through a licensed agent that is certified to help Medicare customers.

The best thing about my talking to a Medicare Advisor was that he was able to save me $100.00 a month getting the very same policy from another insurance company. He was easy to talk with and was patient with my many questions. He explained everything about the new plan in easy to understand language and gave me his phone number in case I had any more questions. I am very pleased with the help he provided to me.

I called and left a message. Call was returned in less than an hour. My agent answered every question and in the detail I requested. I asked him to call the next day while I researched the answers he had given me. Everything I was told was on the money. The next day he called back when I had asked him to. He found me a great company to sign with at the lowest rate of all the major companies. Very happy with the level of service that was provided.

This organization strives to help Medicare recipients make sense of all the pieces of Medicare, supplemental insurance, advantage plans, Rx coverage, dental and vision coverages. Their goal is to try and help people choose coverage they need and can afford without overpaying. It was such a relief to speak with someone with no other agenda than to want the best for the Medicare customer. I will be calling them every year to review my coverage looking for value and savings. They simplify what is complicated.

I answered what I thought would be another annoying call from an unknown number. This time it was about checking a better deal on Medicare supplemental insurance. The caller was polite, efficient, and soon I was in touch with a respected health insurance company and saving about $20/month for the same coverage I've had for 5 years with another carrier. I had a brief telephone interview with that company and coverage started at the end of the month. I was happy with the experience, and on a limited income, every dollar saved helps.

Alex A was the Medicare Advisor who help me through the process of choosing the right Medicare Supplement Insurance and the right Vision, Dental and Hearing Insurance. Alex was very professional and knowledgeable of the different type of insurance that he went over with me. He asked me questions on what I was looking for and he went from there, his guidance was very helpful, and he left an open door if I had any questions on my plan I chose and sent me a thank you card which I really appreciated! I highly recommend Medicare Advisors if you are in need of a supplemental insurance.

United Medicare Advisors gave a hard sell to at least pace a enrollment fee which was promised as totally refundable should I decide not to opt for their coverage. I did supply my checking information under the proviso they would not to deposit the funds until I gave permission. I stipulated to place the application on hold for a few days until I gave the final O.K. United Medicare Advisors went ahead and submitted the application and withdrew the funds without permission. Also when speaking their representative a $25.00 application was added to the coverage fee. On a subsequent call the representative denied their was a $25.00 application fee even though she originally added the total I would need to pay during the initial conversation. This changing quotes is very disconcerting. Finally, I have waited a week to receive a call regarding Plan D specifics. Consequently I will not use their service nor recommend others to use their service.

I have repeatedly asked for my number to be removed from the calling list and in a 24 hour period have been called 6 times.

Just became aware of a monthly charge to my checking account that I knew nothing about. Called # and asked to see the paperwork or something that should I signed up for this . Was told there was none.

I am being bombarded with phone calls from this business. What appeared to be a legitimate Government website asked for my info to see if I qualified for a full or partial refund of my Medicare Part B premium. Instead of a prompt answer I have been getting dozens of calls from them. I want them to STOP calling or contacting me in any way

I'm receiving multiple notifications on my computer telling me that United Medicare Advisors can help me obtain medical coverage even if I've missed a deadline for enrollment. I've missed no deadlines and I'm happy with my medicare advantage plan I'm on. When I wake up in the morning, I'm swamped with the notifications that have come in during the night. How can I turn these notifications off?!

This company gives out information on medicare policies that is so biased it borders on down right lying. They present Medicare advantage policies as being totally the wrong choice to steer you to seek policies they want to sell you. They make make misleading to downright untruthful statements such as if you take an Medicare Advantage plan it will jeopardize your social security payments in my case.

My phone rings every few minutes! I do not answer. Then they send text messages. I want these calls to STOP. They are requesting info on Medicare supplement plans. The calls are not even for me! They say my husband's name. It is a different number every time. I signed up for the Do Not Call list but that doesn't work. The most recent number was ***. I can even keep my phone on because of this constant harassment.

I received 8 phone calls within 1 1/2 hours. They had the wrong phone number. They were asking for my husband and saying he signed up for info for Medicare. My husband is only 52 and didn't request due to we have private insurance. I feel like this company is harassing me. I have health issues, one being high blood pressure, and it is causing my blood pressure to skyrocket, not to mention the anxiety I'm having. All I would like is for this company to stop the harassment.

I had AARP united care insurance. I received an e-mail. It was united medicare advisors. They asked what insurance I had and thought they could save me money. I didn't realize at the time it was an hmo. I have left five messages for *** who is my contact. This started in June after my policy became effective. As of today July 20 I have not heard from her . As a result of this change I couldn't have an appointment with a dermatologist that I had waited 2 months for and today I have to find a new cancer doctor . I have called other times and talked with several people about my problem_a.j. being the last. Please can you resolve this so I can get my AARP united health back again.

On Friday 8/6, I was searching for something specific regarding Medicare. I filled out an online questionnaire thinking that I would get an answer to my question online. I had to go to a meeting so I closed out of that site. It wasn't even thirty seconds and my phone rang. I sent it to voice mail as I was not able to take that call. Long story short, 43 more calls came from the same guy. But this time, he had changed his phone number to Private. At one point, I stepped out of the meeting and answered the call but put it on mute. This man said *** is there a good time for us to contact you - After you take your meds. You're a lunatic." This continued until the 43rd call came in and I finally had to turn my phone completely off. I was waiting on a phone call other than these people, but had to miss this call because of this person from United Medicare Advisors. I then called back and *** answered AND sounded just like the male who had just been harassing me.
